Service/ Maintenance Mark Missed

I’m not sure I would ever buy this product ever again. Warning: you cannot find spare parts for any of this or it’s very difficult. Their maintenance manual is not detailed. You get a list of parts that came with the cabinets but you won’t be able to find those part numbers. Example: if you lose a shelf clip, you won’t be able to find it. I Googled the part number and the only search find I got was directing me back to the manual; nothing else. No places on where to buy anything similar.

Quality & Service

You will not be able to receive parts after purchase. I have had a broken door since day 1 and I've had 30 emails to customer support and still no door. It also does rust and I'm sorry I purchased this.

Terrible Customer Service

NewAge is difficult to work with when it comes to exchanges and returns. They hide behind company "policies" which make no business sense. I purchased a three piece set including a grill cabinet. The grill cabinet was shipped too small and I wanted to exchange for a larger cabinet. NewAge told me I would have to return the entire set rather than simply exchange the one cabinet. This means NewAge would send me the same two cabinets I returned plus the larger grill cabinet. And charge me a restocking fee for all three instead on one cabinet. Beware of this practice despite advertised policies.

Horrible customer service

All their reviews are tailored when you actually try to write a negative review their technology says oops something went wrong. They have cost us delay in moving in as well as thousands in additional cost of multiple trips from plumbers and gas company. Don’t pay for white glove we did and they just dropped off the items and left.

Excellent Product and Service

From design to install, Iron Age has once again did a great job. This is our 3rd major purchase from them and has been a great experience each time. Our new outdoor kitchen has everything we need for entertaining. We did a large “L” shape 14’ x 10’ including a 40” grill, side burners, large Kamado, sink, refrigerator and all kinds of storage. We are very happy.

Fantastic quality. Easy to unpack and assemble. After pricing other bbq island options these are by far the best value I could find. Can’t wait for the 40” grill cabinet to come into stock. My set up will be complete.
