Nice product

We really like our new outdoor cabinet/work station to use with our pizza oven. The 2 cabinets fit our needs just fine. Could have upgraded with more bells and whistels, but it wasn't necessary. Used the New Age website to make the purcahse. Wish it was more clear on ordering the cover as part of a bundle. By spending .01 cent more, we would have saved $150 in shipping, which would have pretty much paid for the cover that works with the 2 cabinets. That part I was not pleased about. Sent them an email about it and never heard back. The description for the covers needs have more of an explanation/information. I received the top cover and 2 sides, ordered a left and right side, however, the sides fit backwards.

Great Product coupled with excellent delivery schedule and service! A bit higher price compared to other similar outdoor kitchen products but New Age Product well worth the additional cost due to very high quality of construction and materials used. Would buy again.

I ordered these outdoor kitchen cabinets for an indoor pool area. The quality is awesome. The packaging was incredible and everything arrived and damaged. It was easy to put together. I was missing a couple pieces, but the company was quick to send them out when they were back in stock. Highly recommend

The product is well maid and packages great for shipping. The sales staff had some struggles getting the quote as we desired it therefore, i went on line and built the package myself and got exactly what I needed. I recommend the product and wouldnt hesitate to order again.

One design flaw for countertop choices

Most cabinets have a panel above the top of the drawers or doors of at least an inch or two that allows a countertop to overhang a little, making a nice looking edge. The drawer and door tops are nearly flush with the top of these cabinets (see picture), reducing options for the style of countertop. My solution was to use a layer of marine plywood under the stone countertop. This allows a nicely shaped front edge with a little overhang hiding the plywood. It also allows the countertop to be attached by screws into the plywood instead of being glued to the cabinets direcly, making later disassembly of the units possible.

Perfect for our needs

We purchased 2 pieces for our patio. We did not get the top because I wasn't impressed with the choices. The cabinets arrived very well packed. My only issue were the doors (grove finish) had little pick marks on them. My husband had some stain and fixed it himself

Great product with great customer service

Found the product at a much better price direct online than at local stores. The cabinets were delivered incredibly fast (within a week). They arrived very well packed and were easy to setup. They are very well made using high quality materials. I had one slide that stuck which the company replaced quickly. Very impressed with the product and the customer service.

will not fix correctly or replace a defective

the bar drawer was defective when put everything together. the drawer falls out of the tracts and will not stay in. at first not a bid deal stuff happens. i contacted the company about requesting to just replace the one section. not all 3. all they will do is send me a new tract for the drawer. the problem is the tracts are riveted and they are sending screws to fix the issue. you know the screws are not going to last. when i asked what kind of warranty I have when that fails. they replied i will have no guaranty it fixes it or warranty. so basically I am just going to be stuck with a defective product that was messed up from new. I have never wrote a review before but after being told that i figure i better let people know how they stand behind their product. i am usually a easy going person. stuff happens no big deal just make it right. i don't think they are making it right.

Great set of cabinets!

Cabinets are beautiful and well constructed. They went together easily and look great on our patio. We are thrilled with the quality and features offered in this set. The bar cabinet is awesome and we now have a great, thoughtful storage solution! We had a box made to set them on to make them taller (keeps counter surfing dogs away!) and found a really nice countertop to complete the look. Better than what we imagined.

Ever call?

So I love the videos online! I have a big green egg and wanted a outdoor setup for it in a corner on my outdoor screened in patio. I called and the first lady I spoke with told me they don't make such a thing... (I was looking at it on their website.) I thanked her and called again. I spoke to a man who found the unit. I asked how much room in the corner will this occupy. He didn't know. The measurements on the website don't tell you the dimension from the back corner of your space to the end of the unit, to indicate how much space the unit will require. So I gave up on the back corner of the patio and moved to underneath my patio roof in the front. My wife wants a beverage center and a griddle. I asked if NewAge makes a griddle, and was told "no". I asked if he knew if any standard 30" griddle (Napoleon, Blaze, Bull, etc...) would fit any of their grill cabinets and he didn't know. I asked if anyone buys their grill cabinets without their grill with the intent to place their own grill inside the cabinet, and of course he didn't know. Strike 3, they are out.

Best customer service ever!

I have this and 2 other outdoor cabinets on my patio, that I absolutely love! They are functional and beautiful. But what was amazing was when there was damage to one of my doors New Age had the best customer service getting it replaced easily and without hassle.

SCAM BEWARE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I bought this product in 2022 and 6 months later, the countertop began to rust despite being in a gazebo with little exposure to rain. I put a claim with NewAge and they replied that warranty does NOT cover "cosmetic issues. On top of that, there were missing pieces when it was delivered. I usually don't write reviews, but I think it's worth putting this one out so that people are aware of this scam.

These are very high quality and super easy to assemble. My father-in-law & I completed L-shape install in 1/2 day.

Worth the price!

Ordering our outdoor kitchen set was easy. From ordering to set up there was support if needed. Easily assembled just my husband and myself. I recommend using gloves to help keep fingerprints off front as they are difficult to remove. I certainly recommend NewAge products and would certainly purchase again.
