I bought this for my one of my sisters. Its perfect for her. It also has an option to change the color of the dog - pattern is in the instruction booklet.I really prefer the instructions in the Merry Stockings kit. They are easier to follow & has better color photos .

Missing pieces

This stocking is much smaller, even though 18 long, than I expected. It was and is also missing some of the felt pieces.

This kit is beautiful. The directions are so clear and concise. The material is high quality. The design is so creative and the recipient was overjoyed that it captured his sport and his dog so well. I love these kits!

Wonderful kit and fun project

The kit is very well produced: materials are top quality, directions are meticulous and easy to follow. I had not taken on a project like this in decades but wanted to surprise my adult-ish sons. Each stocking was easily modified, for example, you can rub off some of the sequin spots, cut shapes from the generous extra felt. Each stocking took around 30 hours to complete and I'm a novice. I can't wait to hang the stockings when my sons are home this Christmas! Excellent customer service as well.

The kit came with a color guide on heavy duty paper, options on using a different color dog (with pattern), sample of fluff. It's been easy to stitch and looks good.
