Quality Gazebo!

There is nothing that we don’t like about this gazebo! The quality is top notch and I expect it will last for a long time. You will need 2 people to put this together so make sure you plan for that. We love the fact that it has a screen and drapes for protection and looks. It has been a welcome addition to our backyard.

Nice gazebo

Nice gazebo once it is built. Takes about 3-4 people for assembly and instructions are a bit confusing but overall it's very nice. Took roughly 6-8 hours to assemble.

Nice quality gazebo

I like the quality of the material and the finished look. I would not recommend to a inexperienced DIY’r to assemble as you will need your own power tools and building knowledge. The instructions are mainly hard to understand pictures. Since I have assembled other gazebo and have construction experience, it still ok was a 2 day job.

Assembly Nightmare

Assembling this gazebo is rage inducing. DO NOT ASSEMBLE WITH YOUR SPOUSE. You WILL fight. The instructions are not clear about orientation of parts. Parts are shown to be smaller than they are. Roof panels slide out continuously during installation. Assembly video is not clear.

Poor delivery!!!

Our experience was definitely not the best, to say the least. Trying to get this delivered to our home ended up being a complete catastrophe. The seller uses FedEx and required a signature when the delivery arrived (this would have been nice to know when we ordered it). After three tries for the delivery, we were able to make arrangements to have someone here to sign for it. Upon drop off, we noticed the boxes were completely destroyed, leaving us to believe the gazebo may have been damaged, and it was (photos shown below). We were not about to return it, so we kept it and dealt with it the best we could. The product itself seems very nice so far. We’re about half way through assembling it. The delivery companies are horrible and need to handle the products that they are shipping with a little more care. We spent a good amount of money for this and did not expect it to be damaged the way it was. Very disappointing!

Outsunny Gazebo

Initial impression is good. Everything was well packed and through the first five or six steps of assembly I was impressed with the way everything fit together. Then I ran in to two mislabeled parts that brought the process to a halt. I called the distributor, who answered the phone promptly, and said the problem parts weren't in stock, but would send me box 1 of 3 that contained the parts I needed (along with a much I don't need). That's about half of the parts required to build the gazebo. Other than losing a week waiting on the replacement parts, I'm inpressed. I only hope I don't run into other missing parts before I finish the project.

Worth every penny

This gazebo is much better than what I was expecting. I assembled the 12 x 16 by myself in about 7 1/2 hours.

Great purchase!

This is my favorite pandemic purchase. I was able to assemble this mostly by myself, just needed my husband's help when standing it up. The instructions were really clear. I use it almost everyday. I took away one star because we we're missing a few pieces. I contacted the manufacturer and they weren't able to supply they so they offered a partial refund. I haven't been able to find those pieces anywhere else, but thankfully they weren't structurally necessary. They were rubber blocks that go around the roof squares to make it waterproof. The downside is I can't use my gazebo in the rain.

Nice looking Gazebo. Some roofing panels were ill fitting. I had a lot of trouble lining up bolt holes. Other than that, assembly was straight forward. I was able to assemble the gazebo by myself.

We are very happy with our recent purchase of the hard top gazebo! A local store would advertise a similar gazebo but never had them in stock. I started searching on line and found this one. The price was great and delivery was free! It took some time to put together but it was just me and my husband. We were missing the instructions but I was able to go to the website and print them out. The color (gray) fits in great with out composite decking and the frame blends in well with the house and shed. The little “spacers” that go on the underside of the roof by the bolts would slip around so my husband put a little sticky strip on the sides to keep them from slipping out while screwing in the bolts. It made this step a lot easier. The screen and curtains are great quality and can be zippered in sections and there are even tie backs fir the screens and curtains. We hung a fan from the center hook but may swap it out with a light. I would definitely recommend this gazebo!

I ordered the Outsunny 20' x 12' Hardtop Pation Canopy last Monday 5/23/22 and received it in it's entirety on Friday 5/27/22. My two neighbors, my wife and I built it on Saturday and Sunday and we recycled all the packaging on Monday 5/30/22. The instructions were a little challenging, but we had built one for the same two neighbors 2 yrs past. Two people can build this, but 3-4 is ideal for building this project. Great company, great product for the money and all the parts and a few spares included. I will do business again when needed.

Just what we were looking for

We had a soft gazebo that required a new canopy ea year. We decided to get a more permanent solution. We have only had gazebo assembled a couple day but we really like it. Seems to be nice quality. It did take 2 people about 10 hrs.

Let me start by introducing myself my name is John Guzzardi. It took me a week and a half scouring the internet to try and find the right pavilion that would suite our particular needs was originally looking for one that was 16x20 but settled for 12x20 unit! Ordered I believe Thursday the 5th of this month and our unit arrived by Tuesdaythe 10th and immediately started assembly. instructions were a little difficult but I took my time and thankfully I had my son there to figure out exactly what was showing. It took me four afternoons after work to finally finish. We are extremely happy with how this pavilion looks even considering buying a second for another deck we have that's never really been utilized. Getting back to the directions again the one thing I would add is that when doing the top part add the trim keep the screws loose then install metal pieces it made life easier for me when I did it that way! This unit is well worth the money and AOSOM had it for $300 to even $500 less than everyone else.

Very Nice

I finally was able to have the Gazebo assembled. It took 9 hours, one person. The instructions suggest 2 to 3 people. I am very pleased of the quality and durability. I highly recommend this Gazebo. The netting and curtains are fabulous, I love the color too.

Heavy Shipping Containers Easily Damaged

The only real issue we had was there were pieces that were damaged/bent/scratched in shipping. The box listed weight was almost 200 lbs and it was very badly damaged during shipping. Shipper actually had re-taped the box to keep it together! Other than that, we are enjoying it during hot nights when the mosquitoes are out. Thankfully, my husband is an engineer so configuring the roof trusses was much easier.

Needs at least 2 skilled persons to put together!

Beautiful and well made, but instructions are somewhat vague and mostly illustrations.unless you are familiar with putting things like this together, I would suggest getting help. Many, many pieces and parts to assemble. Screen and curtains are very heavy-duty. Overall, a beautiful product.
