Worst piece of garbage I’ve ever bought

Do not waste your hard earned $1300 on this crap. My husband and I are pretty good DIY’ers , we’ve remodeled most of our rooms in our home, but this shower has been the most difficult, most frustrating, biggest waste of money, piece of crap we’ve ever wasted money on. The assembly instructions are sub-par. I’m pretty sure my 3rd grader could of written better ones. Their customer service is only open Monday thru Friday from 9-5. I don’t know of many people who would be able to call during their WORK HOURS to try and get help on installing this garbage. We are on day 7 of trying to make this right and it’s still problem after problem. We have another bathroom to do, and We will definitely not be using any OVE products….EVER AGAIN.
