7FT Foot Vinyl Garden Arbor In White or Natural c?
I was very excited when I ordered arbor/trellis. However, my husband and grandson attempted to put the arbor/ trellis together and were unsuccessful. There was a defect in the product as the poles that attached were uneven by 3 inches and the arbor fell apart due to difference in pole heights. I called to have it returned and am satisfied. I received a receipt to send it back. We are satisfied with customer service who listened to our complaints and will refund our purchase.
