Disappointing - we loved this ottoman. Our fur babies use it to make it easier to get on and off our bed. After a few months of use one of the legs broke where the screws came out of the wood which is how the legs come assembled on the black plates. For home assembly you just attach the black plates into the pre-drilled holes on the ottoman itself. Photos attached.

Nice quality piece of furniture.

The hydraulic lifters on the ottoman make opening it a breeze. The color and fit are perfect for my living room. I can easily put a nice wooden tray on it for putting drinks on, and I'm not at all concerned about things toppling over.

Sturdy, well made, but way more orange than expected so beware! We expected distressed brown, this is definitely more orange than we like. Wayfair tried to make it better by sending another one but it was exactly the same color. Somewhat bummed as we have the smaller one and the color is perfect , distressed brown

Fedex left the box in the mud right next to my front steps. ottoman looks good but i had to drill out holes on 3 of 4 leg brackets because they didnt align with the corresponding mounting holes. so thats on fedex and the manufacturer. Wayfair Customer Service was great, credited our account for almost $60 for our inconvenience, in about 5 minutes.

As advertised, the product is nice. I am knocking one star because they left the package at my front gate, 20 feet from my front door, and never rang the bell or knocked. An iota of effort to ring the bell would have been appropriate, and if no answer, leave it on the front porch like all other deliveries.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful Ottoman

This is a beautiful, well-crafted ottoman. Very sturdy. The legs were easy to attach. The hydraulic lift slowly raises the lid with with a flip of the hand. The blue velvet material is plush. My computer shows it as a royal blue. It is more of a blue/dark turquoise, which was a happy accident. Matched perfectly in my husband's man cave.

I love this ottoman, it's so gorgeous and such good quality, it feels hefty and durable, I Get compliments on it all the time! Our fluffy boy loves it too.

Beautiful design, sturdy good quality piece of furniture and assembly requirements were just the legs and super easy. Love how it is also a storage that fits our blankets and some board games. The material is very nice and good quality as well. This ottoman will be used as our coffee table by placing a large wooden tray on top. Very versatile piece of furniture

I wouldn't call the blue color I received 'aqua', so I'm very disappointed with the color. Also brown, black were faux leather, I thought I was getting that, so it doesn't really match the room the way I wanted it to, put it in another room. The table is nice though, has plenty of space inside for books, laptop, etc. Wish it would have been aqua because I didn't need the table for placing cups, etc. on, whereas I do need to use it that way now. I have put an open wooden box on top for drinks but have to open table up every time for my books. That's why it gets only 3 stars from me. Disappointed in functionality.

Nice and sturdy. My main complaint is that the fabric pills really bad on top and I’ve had to fabric shave it multiple times.

Not the right fabric

I love the style.The fabric isn't tight so when you put your feet on it, it leaves rumples and has to be straightened out. I doesn't seem like it will wear well at all. Maybe it isn't stuffed enough? Not real sure what the issue is.

Very nice ottoman. Really happy with this purchase. There is some brown is the tweed so it is not totally black and gray which worked out very well for me.

In general, I like the ottoman. I do, however, feel like the color is misrepresented online. I purchased the grey ottoman. When I received it I saw that the color was really a brown with some beige running through it. I am putting it with a grey and black rug so it blends in but I would have liked it to be a true grey.
