General arrangement and operation is good to excellent . Esthetics are excellent. The only negative is the "refill" operation which has a minimum thread length and gage to access the pepper/salt and would induce a potential mis-threading.

Perfect salt grinder

This is very comfortable to use, and works perfectly.

The only thing I dislike about this pepper grinder is that the dial where you can adjust the type of grind you want, i.e., fine, medium, large, etc., will not move far enough to the fine point so you cannot get a fine grind .

After using store bought grinders, guess better is a given. Comfortable to hold and grinding action is great. Only a week use so still learning to not over twist for smaller amount of salt. Like the mess-free and the clear body for refilling purposes. Overall, very content with the devise.
