Great griddle. Cooks evenly and clean up quickly. Works much better than others on my electric flat top stove.

I love this griddle pan. I purchased it to replace an older pan. This pan totally exceeds my expectations. I use it almost every day and am totally satisfied with my cooking results. Nothing sticks. I also like that it can also go in the oven.

This griddle ended up being a little bigger than I expected, which is great. I can easily warm four corn tortillas on it without any overlapping. The coating is excellent and I like that the pan is smooth on the underside, which makes cleaning a breeze.
