Couch is fine, delivery was a nightmare. Got the chaise first and then it took over 2 weeks to get the couch portion. I had to call customer service numerous times because they kept not showing up. Then the day it finally came, it was 6 hours after schedule. First world problems I know, but it's still incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate to peoples schedules given that if you aren't home they will leave and then starts the nightmare delivery process all over again. Wayfair / Allmodern really need to work on their logistics.

An excellent sofa for our TV room. While the firmness was a little aggressive in the beginning, it has softened up a bit over the last few months and is just right these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Perfect sofa and easy to setup

I just bought a new home and this sofa is beautiful actually better than the pictures online. The Sand Performance Velvet is so soft and pretty.

I bought this in the blue and couldn't be more happy! I was VERY nervous about ordering a sofa online. I worked in the furniture industry and didn't want to pay retail prices yet wanted a comfortable, quality product. This is a decent price point for value and design after much research. The color is 100% accurate (stone blue wash-like) as well as the texture. It's firmer meaning if you are "plopper" like me, it doesn't bounce back. That said, it's extremely comfortable. My dog and I nest every night on the chaise and I've napped and had overnight guests on the sofa portion. Sleepable! It's also durable. I put a throw on the chaise for my dog (removed for the photos) yet any pet hair or 'pet life living' is easily wiped off. I highly recommend this sofa for beauty, style, comfort, and ease! 100% happy and satisfied!

Gorgeous and comfy

Couch is very firm, I think it will get more comfortable with time but as it stands the quality of the couch is ok, the legs were difficult to put in because the the screw holes were not aligned and I was not able to put in all of the screws, The color is great and the material is soft. But this not a couch for couch potato’s!

Very comfortable and well constructed

Sofa is great looking and colour is very rich. I got the navy blue and it goes very well with my home decor and style. The only problem is the cushions are losing the firmness just after about 2 months of use. I love my sofas to be very firm so this is just a personal preference. Overall I am happy with it.

Delivery was on time and assembly was a breeze! Not all the holes align, but it’s still sturdy.

Loved the color and the look. Its also surviving my cats very well. After 6 months I feel a little give in the spots most use but love everything about it and its very close to description.
