Bad Product

All materials are poorly made, the instructions are ridiculous picture by picture. It took us awhile to put together because of our crazy schedule. When we got strong winds the back part gets pushed in and every time I have to go and lift and pushback out. Now I can't put in everything I want for the review cause it limits me to 500 characters which I did not do. I truly do not recommend this product I promise the worse!!

Very Pretty but a Disaster

The greenhouse is lovely and it just sparkles. But It is not sealed and the rain pours in.The windows are especially leaky.The structure can sort of be sealed with silicone but not the windows or the door.The heat cannot be contained in the greenhouse.I spoke with customer service. It has been outsourced and they can only talk by phone or email.So I have spent almost $5000 on a greenhouse that can't be heated, can't keep the rain out, and could blow away.So very disappointing.

First impression of the greenhouse

The unboxing was easy-going, but the assembly was a different story. I was stuck for a while. Shoutout to customer service for the assist.

Extended Warranty: Good to Have

I'm the careful type, always reading the fine print. The warranty on this greenhouse gave me the confidence to buy it. It's been a few months, and I'm quite satisfied knowing I'm protected in the long run.

Beautiful greenhouse!

We love our greenhouse! It's important to follow the assembly instructions in the order they are meant. Also, it's important to get your floor right prior to building it. It turned out really amazing!

Love it. This came in three boxes. Easy to fit in a pickup or SUV. Took us two weekends to assemble with 100+ temps that slowed us down. Instructions we easy to understand and follow. Part 7284 need two bolts (not one) on each step. Once you get to the part 7248 arch support you need two bolts for each arch

While the instructions were easy to follow the kit was missing a key part. It was delivered promptly after I called. The main problem is the use of plastic in structural elements. The steal side braces were an afterthought and conflict with the windows. The doors are very poor and have do not latch properly. Washers were needed to deal with steal nuts being tightened against aluminum parts. The window seals are a complete failure. If I ever need to replace any of the panels it will require a major disassembly and reassembly. I recommend that anyone who builds this purchase lots of stainless washers and some stainless strapping to make cross bracing.

Easy to Keep Up, No Fuss

The greenhouse has required minimal upkeep, which is what I was hoping for. It's been functional and straightforward. I'm generally satisfied.

Long warranty

The long warranty is excellent, bought it anyway and it seems fine. Let's see how it holds up.

clear and tough polycarbonate

I found the assembly to be more tedious than expected. But the quality of the materials, particularly the UV-protected polycarbonate panels, changed my perspective. I'm happy with the outcome.

Veggie Gardening Level Up with Greenhouse

I've also started utilizing the built-in gutters for rainwater collection.. I've had no issues with durability. The aluminium frame is indeed corrosion-resistant. The pre-drilled profiles and pre-cut sliding panels simplified the assembly process

Greenhouse Effect on Veggies: Positive

The vent window does a good job with ventilation.. The light transmission is excellent, making it ideal for my plants. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the hardware was included in the package. The sliding panels made assembly a breeze

Build Was a Chore, Outcome Is Fine

I was puzzled by the manual and was close to returning the product. Called customer support and spoke with Olivia. She was a huge help, and now the greenhouse is functioning well.

Took effort to build, but holding up

The assembly process was certainly a challenge. It was so confusing that I had to call over my neighbor, who's handy with tools. Together, we managed to set it up, and now it's a brilliant addition to my garden.

Maintenance is Easy Peasy

To be frank, I'm too lazy for regular maintenance. But this greenhouse has been a breeze to keep up. I'm satisfied with how things are going.
