It was exactly as described on Wayfair. You do need to put in some type of ground or flooring but we LOVE ours.

We’ve love our ‘conservatory’! Great spot for morning meditation, reading or listening to music our evening space for beverages conversation. We situated it on an existing unused deck. TN gets quite hot so we added shades on the south wall. (Bunny Williams used parachute cloth to shade her conservatory). These ready made panels fit my theme I’ll add more on the north side as the spring sun will beam in from the opposite side soon. My citrus trees are happy! In winter a small heater will keep the cold temps from killing the trees. This was not easy to put together not all the pieces were well marked instructions were pretty much a joke! My husband did the heavy lifting, I helped 2 good neighbors helped for a few hours but assembly took 4-5 days! We added soft flooring squares that can get wet to give the deck floor a degree of insulation topped with an outdoor rug. The south side roof has 2 panels (they manually open so you need a step stool for quick, easy openshut access). WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED (both Very pricey imo) a solar fan (too small) automatic window openers that work via temp-both were returned.

Pretty

We just finished assembly. Not easy to assemble, very unstable until almost complete. Came out very pretty and I do love the look of it. I am afraid that our first storm that goes thru is going to wreck it. I dont feel like it is sturdy enough for wind or hail and I am in Indiana so our storms are near as crazy as other areas. I am really hoping it holds up because I really do love it.

It took three people a lot of assembly time. Perhaps 10 hours but it's well worth the effort.

This product is beautiful! We put it up in 21 hours with 2 very handy people. Instructions are very inadequate. If they would just label inside or outside or up or down it would make a huge difference. But even with that we got it done and it is really a great product. Can't wait to get to work!
