masculine good looks

We recently remodelled our guest bath and used Kohler Parallel fixtures for their chunky, masculine style and quality appearance. The faucet on/off lever moves smoothly with the perfect amount of hand pressure - not too loose or tight. The screen inside the faucet causes the water to come out in a spray instead of a stream - good for cleaning the sink but not for rinsing your mouth. I haven't tried to remove it. We got the gray finish and it does tend to show water spots although we do have hard water in our area. It's a good looking faucet, fine for our guest bath but I'd get something else for our primary bathroom.

Nothing but problems in ordering a faucet!

I have had nothing but problems in receiving my faucet that I ordered in Dec 2023! Back in Dec I ordered 24804-4N-BN along with matching accessories. The tap was backordered and Kohler changed the ETA every 2-3 weeks, normally delivery is 8-10 weeks and when I hadn't received the product at 26 weeks I requested a change to the same tap but higher flow (1.2) because Kohler said this was in stock. Order was changed with the retailer and delivery was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. It is now 2.5 weeks so I followed up today and the retailer has advised that this new order is on backorder and will be another 1.5-2.5 weeks! At this point I would like cancel all the Kohler orders I have because I am not going to wait another 6 months for a faucet. Had Kohler been up front from the beginning, we would have been disappointed but we would have appreciated the honesty. At this point it feels as though they are playing a game, stringing us along, with no intention to either manufacture or fulfill their orders.

Lovely faucet for a modern bathroom

It is beautifully made. A bit of a low flow faucet, but it is lovely and otherwise works very well.

Once again, Wayfair nails it! I ordered this faucet based on its minimalist design and excellent reviews. When the reviewers say it is heavy and very well made, believe it! So gorgeous, packaged extremely well, has all of the parts that you need for a complete installation and delivered right on time. Spend the extra money and get this awesome faucet!

Great-looking faucet

This is a beautiful faucet...tho I selected it, my husband thinks it is quite masculine. It is substantial looking, strong and a good look for our remodeled, small guest bathroom.

Disappointment

After a plumber installed it, the water came out cloudy. I called Kohler and they sent me parts I was supposed to install myself to fix the problem. For a $500 faucet, they should send a plumber to take care of this and I'm not sure these parts will solve the problem.
