Leaks! Would NOT Recommend

I gave this product a 2 for the sheer hassle it has caused with leakage. The channel that slips around the bottom or the glass & is sealed to the base is the poorest quality & does not do the job. Contractor followed instructions to a T, but had to come out an 5 times to reseal because of leaking. They've had to seal the entire channel on both sides along the interior and exterior of the base. This same material is used for the base of the door which does little to nothing to hold water in.

The chandelier has a wonderful, large scale that fits my dining area perfectly. It’s even more beautiful in person—better than the photos.

High Class

We bought this at the beginning of the summer when we began our master bath remodel. It is beautiful and adds class. The only downside was that the instructions were lacking in several spots, but Ove customer service came through and noted the poor instructions and missing steps and were going to address those going forward.

The product is quality, the directions are not! For example the directions will say "Use Screw HH" and no parts are labeled with letters.

Flanges Screw On

I was disappointed to find out that the flanges screw onto the base, which almost guarantees it will leak. I wish there was more description and pictures about the base for this unit.

It’s a beautiful product however I am not happy with the magnet closure system. I seem to have it perfectly lined up but the magnets still do not hold the doors closed. I am hoping for a replacement magnet system or have to come up with my own.
