Plush Vintage Oriental Rug

You can't go wrong when you purchase a SAFAVIEH rug - this one is a beautiful Vintage Distressed Oriental Rug in Grey, White & Purple/Lavender hues through it. It is soft & plushy, constructed very well on the borders and backing and does require a rug pad (to reduce slippage). It laid out quite well when unpacked, however, did need some heavy books on the corners overnight to lay completely flat. Besides the rug pad which I added underneath this rug, I also added corner rug grips (since I have a dog & cat) that I find are better than carpet tape for my "fur baby family" and for humans, too. This rug is in my Master Bedroom and it is so nice to step out of bed onto this nice, plush, soft rug instead of my tiled floor. Don't get me wrong, I love my tile floors since they are so easy to clean, but I do love beautiful accent rugs. This is my 5th purchase of a SAFAVIEH accent rug through Overstock - I have (1) in my Foyer Entryway, (1) in the Great Room, (1) a Runner at the Back Door & (1) in the Dining Room (all Distressed Vintage in a Blue color) which I absolutely love. They are easy to clean with the vacuum and I also refresh with my steam mop since my dog & cat are laying on them all the time instead of their own mats. SAFAVIEH has so many colors & styles to choose from that it is often difficult to make a decision which one to purchase, but I do know from my own personal experience that they make good quality rugs for every room in your home both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend!

LOVE THIS RUG - COMPLIMENTS DAILY

I love this runner! I actually ordered another AND the large rug once I received the runner! The colors are perfect. A subtle lavender which is perfect for my space. I just ordered the large rug in a 10' x 12" for the main entry of my shop. The quality is good and absolutely recommend it and YES I would order again, I just did! Its color is very true to the photo on the site

Nice Area Rugs

The soft color palette is easy on the eyes and easy on bare feet. Chose the gray and lavender and works great with my décor.

This is my favorite rug. Colors are true to online photo. It appears to be a little darker or grayer in my room depending on the light. So comfortable to walk on. Excellent quality. Thick and soft not thin and scratchy. This is my third. We love the lavender as well. If considering you won't regret it.

This is THE perfect rug for my living room. The purple is very subtle and brings out the purple of my walls. I'm so happy with the quality and appearance and it came super fast!

I'm a big fan of Saravieh rugs; they have always been great quality and this rug was no exception. I liked that the purple was a bit darker on one end than the other - almost like an ombre effect - but unfortunately it was too much of a 'royal purple' to go with my décor. I ended up returning it. I would suggest a rug pad with it.

I absolutely love, love this rug, it's kind of gray but also kind of purple color, the color changes depending from what angle you are looking.

The quality isn't there for the price!

The bottom line, the quality isn't there for the price! The edges were turned under and sewn down on the shorter end/width. The rug is thin but the color and pattern are as described.

Beautiful rug

The colors are just perfect for my living room. The gray does have a hint of green in it. Very soft rug and looks very expensive.

Annabelle Woven Rug

Gorgeous great quality rug exactly as described. Yellow-y chartreuse green, as pictured. Nice mix of traditional and contemporary- perfect addition to my room to brighten it up.

So beautiful...lovely combination of colors and is holding up well! I bought one 8' by 11' and one round one and they look sooooo good. Very elegant yet bright. This rug is a great way to be "modern" and "classic" at the same time!

This was a great runner! I thought it would be WAY more muted, though, based on the pictures on the site, so I was disappointed when it didn't match my expectation. It was pretty and soft and good quality, just not the pattern I wanted. Houzz handled the return process professionally, too, so that was a bonus!
