Nonstick, Lightweight

Non stick is great. The pans are on the smaller side, so it's ideal when cooking for 2. I would recommend Dover for those who have trouble working with heavier sets, it's nice and lightweight.

Not usable on induction

It was not clear from the description online that this pan is not usable on induction. Sent an inquiry to customer service on how to return the pan because I had discarded the original packing. Still waiting for a response.

Perfect Egg pan

I love my new pan. I don't need to use butter it's so slick. I make eggs every morning g and this pan is perfect.

A pleasure to use

This frypan is such a pleasure to use. Food cooks easily with a crisp outer crust and it easy to clean

Great Pan

I shopped for a very long time for a pan with a lid of this size. I didn’t want a pan that has the extra “grab handle” because of the extra storage space they take in the cabinet, so this pan fit the bill. I LOVE my new Green Pan. It cooks so well and clean up is a breeze! I highly recommend Green pan!

DISAPPOINTING

Coating chipped after a couple months of occasional use. My warranty claim was denied. I find it hard to believe their claim that “product remains perfectly safe for use, it does not require a replacement.”

These are TEMPORARY Pans, food sticks terribly

I purchased a big and small frying pan, Venice collection. They are temporary because the non stick feature does not last. The pan can still look good, but scrambled eggs, even with butter will stick terribly to the pan. I follow their instructions (they know about the issue) and use the magic spounge, boil water in the pan etc - DOES NOT WORK for any length of time. So, WASTE OF MONEY. They have replaced my pan only to have my not so new anymore replacement small pan do the same non stick thing

bad description, bad pics

I ordered a fry pan, not a saute pan. The pic shows straight sides, which a fry pan is supposed to have. This pan does not have straight sides. It has sloped sides. It is significantly smaller at the base than it is at the top. If I wanted a saute pan, I would have ordered a saute pan. I have their large fry pan. It has straight sides. If you want a fry pan don't get this. I would normally return it & get a refund, but it costs almost as much as the pan does to return it. Not happy.

I love this pan. I needed a good sauce pan as my frying pans sides weren’t high enough when I had a large amount in them.

Perfect size for finishing pasta recipes. Big enough but not too overwhelming. Beautiful finish Great addition to refreshing my old cookware.

Dover collection not living up to its claims

Having already left a review upon first uses of the sauté pan, I'm following up with another...the surface of this pan has failed! Using only soft tools, washing in warm water with soft cloths, using only oils that pour, and not overheating the pan, and storing it with protective cushioned sheets, this pan has started to show SCRATCHES and PITTED areas! The company has offered a one-time courtesy replacement with no further warranty.

Love My Dover Ceramic 10" Fry Pan

This is my first Green Pan purchase. I bought this pan as a replacement for a Gotham copper fry pan whose surface started to pit after a few years. I was concerned the metal alloy was getting in my food. So I turned to a healthier, well made choice in the Dover Ceramic fry pan (10"). After using it just once, I was in love with the pan and ordered a second one. I cook scrambled eggs almost daily and this is perfect for it. I bring the pan to a low-medium heat, melt the butter and then add the eggs. Nothing sticks! I use a silicone spatula/spoon which is perfect for the pan. And the best part about the pan is it doesn't have rivets so none of the egg gets stuck b/n the pan and rivets. It does well in the dishwasher too. I highly recommend this pan especially for its reasonable price!

I will never need to buy another pan... ever!

I found greenpan the first time over ten years ago. Its the only pan from those days that I still have. Now I will never buy another brand again (I've tried a few since then here and there). Maybe there might be some that are good but I don't have time to reinvent the wheel. As the old pans get thrown out one at a time they will be replaced with greenpan. I bought 3 of the Dover Ceramic Nonstick 10” Frypan and two of the smaller sizes as far as I can see I will never need to buy another pan... ever.

Excellent non-stick option

Exactly as I had hoped it would be, and very lightweight too!

LOVE this pan!

So far, I've loved every Green Pan I've purchased, and the Dover Ceramic 10" Frypan is no exception. Velvety soft ceramic makes my food slide easily out of the pan when I'm done cooking. Cleanup is easy. I always use a very soft cloth to wash my pans with, and that's all they need. This pan is lighter in weight than the Lima line, probable due to the plastic handle instead of a metal one, but the cooking surface is of excellent quality and the pan is very sturdy.
