Not very good quality

My cats love it, I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now but the fabric on the basket is starting to rip already. My cat is an average size and weight so that’s not the issue. He still loves it but sadly I don’t think this will last very long

My ragdoll cat loves the basket, he does have fur over spill but he’s always loved a basket so he makes sure he squeezes in - the basket could be a little bigger!! He likes being up high to escape the pesky dog too. Used for every cat nap!

I have had a few cat trees, this one is pretty good.

This cat tree is much better quality and more sturdy than I had anticipated based on the cost. It arrived quickly and was relatively easy to assemble with parts labelled. Ive not used the fixing bracket, just relying on the tension spring between the tree and the celing. My kitten really loves it. I've added some cat toys. She is a climber and not old enough to be outside yet so this has been such a good investment to keep her entertained and stop her climbing me! She enjoys sleeping in the nest too.

This takes up very little room and the cats really like it. They sometimes struggle to get to the top step as the hammock is not the best launch pad, but i may try swapping the hammock and the triangle step around to see if this helps. I have 2 large cats and 1 small cat and they can all safely sleep in the hammock.

Delivery was brilliant received the next day. Customer Service was friendly.

My pole broke in two. It fell over when my cat was climbing on it. You will need to attach it to the wall. The ceiling suspension is not enough. I did use wall attachment, but it twisted and fell because of first fall where it split in two. The connectors are made with cardboard. See photo.

I had many doubts before buying it, my main fear (after reading other reviews) was that it would not be used and it would become useless, now I can say that it was a great purchase. You have to anchor it to the wall so that it has a good hold, mine is in a corner and it is perfect. At first the cats were reluctant to approach, you have to give them their time and let them discover it. The basket is not suitable for large adults, I have a partner and since the cat (despite being an adult) does not have much volume, it was perfect for her and she sleeps in it every day, however she has not used the scratcher at any time . The cat, on the other hand, did get used to the scratcher and no longer touches the sofa or the door frames... So it's a bit of a lottery, but in general I'm very satisfied, yes, the lined parts release a lot of fluff.

As others have said, it's not exactly sturdy and pretty wobbly. It comes with a bracket you could use to secure it to a wall to help with that, but that wall is a brick one for me which is why I needed a tension rod situation. My cat hates the hammock, so I moved that to another level. He really likes chilling at the second highest level, so we moved the larger platform to that location. Basically, we have reconfigured it 4 times. He loves parking on that spot and looking out the high window in my bedroom to track birds and dogs and stuff. He also really enjoys the hopping and climbing on the below levels to get to his fave spot and some clawing on the ropes. This was definitely a good purchase for my kitty.

GREAT BUY

As seen in the picture! It won’t be very sturdy really, but it has attachments included which it can be screwed on the wall to prevmt it from wobbling. Also i put a layer of duct tape on the pvc pipe so it’s tighter. Now its super sturdy. I recommend this to those who have no problem setting up something and being resourceful. Great buy for your cat!

Great price, good quality.

Nice quality and a good price but it needs to be anchored to a wall. We bought this to raise our 7 year old cat off the floor and away from a new puppy. She will stand on the platforms to eat but struggles to climb up or down due to the gaps between the platforms. They could do with being adjustable. The sleeping platform is also a bit small for an adult cat but ideal for a kitten or two. However, for the price it gives me a good base for some DIY alterations like platform enlargement and some mid steps.

Fun for the cat!

yeah, this is a pretty great cat tree. It has a strong base, and all the sisal scratchers make this a great climbing tree. My cat is 2 yo, and she loves to play and she loves to look out the window so I put this by a window. Each perch is strong--even the little soft sleeper. It is little. My cat weighs 10 lbs and she barely fits but you know cats--she makes it happen! I do recommend using the included hardware to attach to a stud in your wall. The ceiling spring-loaded pole is wobbly and I didn't want it to fall over when kitty was climbing. Also, the directions about attaching the tree to a stud are lacking. In fact, I couldn't figure out the bolt system, so I just used a large screw.

Five tier scratch post

I bought two of these scratch post's last year for my cats outdoor enclosure , found they were too tall to fit inside. So I adapted them to fit in . By doing this I gained an extra scratch/climbing post for them. I bought two more recently and did the same again , giving my cats even more activity. They are easy to assemble , sturdy and great value for the money. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Works perfect for closets

This is the next step in becoming one of ¡°those" people . Just give in already . You don't have to tell anyone . It's a losing fight . An unhappy cat makes everyone miserable . It's been a slow process but my apartment is no longer mine . It belongs to the cat .Anyway .. Long story short the next problem was she was tearing down my clothes to get to top shelf to sleep in the closet.... so I caved and just made it easier for her to get up there. This thing is great! I needed a cat scratcher post in there anyway. She now leaves the corner of my foundation alone? . I put her fav basket to sleep in there . Life is great now . Everyone is happy and my clothes look great.

Low quality and bad return policy

I'm very disappointed in the quality and their return policy. First of all, it doesn't fit in apartment. The spring part is already too long so there is no way that you make it to be fit. And each part is so much shaking so it is very unstable. I decided to return and they gave me back $**. lol They said unless item has no defect, it is customer's responsiblity to pay shipping. It makes sense but what if your item is low quality so that your cat can't use it? I hope they post return policy in the description or somewhere customer can see well.

Great Cat Tree for rambunctious 12lb kitten

At first I initiated a return because my kitten didn't use the tower. About a week later he fell in love with it and it's now his preferred cat tree. I'll probably get a second one since he ignores his other cat tree.It was easy enough to assemble although we changed a few things such as putting the bed at the very top.Next issue was that this kitten is HUGE, he is about 12 lbs now and LOVES to take a running leap of faith at this cat tree. It was knocked down a few times but we adjusted the tension rod to be stronger by combining the two rods and cutting one side down until it was tight to our ceiling.Now it just flexes alarmingly but no more falling!

Good cat tree for narrow space

This is an attractive cat tree for a small space. I have it by my kitchen window, and the cats enjoy climbing on it while I am at breakfast. This is an excellent choice to add more cat-friendly furniture to the spaces where you spend the most time (i.e. the places where your cat wants to be). It is sufficiently sturdy.

Well made

This item is very sturdy and well made. The landing portion is covered in a soft shag grey carpet and the poles have a rough rope combined with carpet that the cats use to scratch. There is an anchor plate located at the top that needs to be screwed into the wall in order to give the pole stability. You really need to use this because the top tension rod is only meant to keep the pole upright. Overall, the cats love it and I am very happy that they do

Pretty good for the price!

Considering the price, I thought it would be worth a try. I'm quite glad i did as my cat quite likes it. Was weary of the soft bed part at first but he quickly got used to it. Easy to assemble. Was actually too tall for my tall kitchen so we cut it down a bit so it fits perfectly. My cat isn't huge and weighs about 5kg. Whenever he jumps onto it it has a slight wobble but it's sturdy enough, I'm not worried about him getting hurt.

Great value, tall and reasonably sturdy.

On the whole, very pleased - took 5 minutes to build. Great value for the price imho. Will be buying another one or two of these over the next year. Bought for my house with 4 cats, they've all taken turns on it. Would give full five stars if the construction of the top was a little more sturdy (I would say realistically this is 4.5/5 stars, but amazon doesn't do half-stars so I put 4 as it's not quite 5). There is a bit of a wobble, but it's not easy to see how you'd rectify that without screwing the top into the ceiling. The top pole-piece comes in two sections, so you can use either one or two depending on the height of your ceiling, and it's spring-loaded to hold it onto the ceiling. That gives you +/- 18 inches roughly on the height. You could also leave out one or more pillars and platforms if you wanted to put it on a counter or anything like that. The bed/hammock could be a bit bigger - our smallest cat fits in it lovely, but bigger cats might find it too snug.
