Before you purchased, ask if you will receive a new item or a returned/used item. I purchased a turtle habitat for my granddaughters bday and they send me an open box/used habitat. This totally blew my granddaughters bday!!!

the package arrived early. The instructions weren't that good. They had 3 screws for the bottom of the unit but only had 2 predrilled holes in the middle. I used 4 screws on each and it made the walls more sturdy. I followed the rest of the instructions. It was very easy to assemble and has been great, easy access to refill food and water trays. I highly recommend this product.
Tortoise Habitat
I had someone build the habitat it wasn’t that easy like i thought it would be, and the pieces didn’t fit right.
Turtle loves it.

I absolutely love the concept behind the design and lay out but that's the only good thing. The pieces don't all fit together well and some of them are bent. Glad I didn't pay full price for this!

Very poor assembly instructions. Cheaply made, poor quality.

It works, but the material is flimsy and the assembly is a hot mess. You will need a drill to predrill holes and then insert the screws. Should also consider investing in different latches; the included ones are not sturdy in the slightest.
AWFUL. Pieces are loose, the directions are bad, and the wood is covered in splinters. IMMEDIATELY fell apart as I tried to screw things in. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I didn't pay for TRASH.
