EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!!!
Even though box came damaged the contents were not effected because of how well it was packaged. Instructions were easy to follow...took approx. 1-1/2 hrs to assemble. Once it was finished i was very surprised how sturdy it was and how nice it was. Have had several compliments from coworkers. Will definiately purchase this brand again.
Assembly was a bit confusing
Don't understand the outlet recess underneath the unit. Makes no sense. Also drawer wasn't cut correctly so it wouldn't fit into coordinating slit. Very frustrating
This is a good fit for my space
Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The fasteners that split apart when tightened don't seem the best. The skirt board on which the cabinet sets are not finished on the bottom and grab carpeting. I bought some wheels and fastened them to the bottom to protect the carpet and make it easier to move. I wanted a darker oak color but I couldn't find that anywhere.

Would never know this is a filing cabinet. Stores all my files and love the door on the side for books and miscellaneous items
File Credenza
The instructions were fairly decent. The hardware identification ID's could have been a better format. The heatshrink packaging for the hardware was OK, but sometimes the perforations obliterated the hardware ID, this should be refigured. Some of the wood parts did not have an ID. The Sauer video icon was a good feature that helped clarify some of the written instructions or lack of instructions (Example: Page 30 to separate the Extension Slides). See page 18 the grommet mounting is shown on the wrong side of the wood panel. See page 19 the screw illustration at the top of the ""N"" panel that screws into ""H"" panel is wrong. It should be the lower hole. My opinion is that the ""S"" back panel should have a finish on both sides for aesthetic reason (inside and out). All in all this is a good product.

I purchased the matching L shaped desk to this piece and could not recommend it more! It's solid, beautiful and completes my office! I am continually getting compliments on both pieces.
