[Rewarded Review] Solid as a rock

This monitor arm is extremely well made. High quality material (stainless steel and high density plastic). The fittings are perfect. It takes up very little space and is completely adjustable. The step-by-step instructions are done with illustrations. Easy. And as usual, a chat with a knowledgeable B&H customer service representative verified it was the right stand for my monitors. It has options to drill or clamp. If you clamp, make sure the desk thickness will work. The clamp had just enough room to fit my desk and I didn't want to drill.

Not as advertised

I specifically ordered this mount because I needed a grommet base mount and the item was advertised as having both a clamp base and a grommet base. When I received it, the item in the box was a clamp base only which does me no good. I definitely would not order this item again, especially at $220.

Very good solid construction but...

The only issue is the desk grommet mount. I had to use dremmel to shave off the threaded washer in the tube to make it fit into the base without wobbling. Other than that it's rock solid if everything fits right out of the box

Excellent Product & Customer Service

The product looks great and provides excellent support and functionality for both the dual monitor system on which I used these mounts. They add an additional look of professionalism to a highly visible location. Both B&H and Peerless provided super customer service delivering the products in a very timely manner. This order, like all my orders from B&H, have been great experiences.

Monitor arms are great!!

I have to monitors that are different sizes. I was able to install without any problems. I really like the room I have with my monitors off the desk.

Well constructed

Very versatile. It moves forward, backward, up and down and tilts. You do need some room behind your desk for optimum use. It will not work flush against a wall.

Good bang for the buck

I have purchased more expensive pieces from office supply chains and their products are not better. I have purchased over 20 of these monitor arms and I am very happy with them.
