Misleading Product Description

Contacted Peerless for an explanation why their pop-up drain would not work with my sink. Spoke to LaRonda, after 28 minutes of researching apparently I should have known that a non-overflow sink would not work with this faucet kit. Instead I was directed to purchase a different kind of pop-up drain for another $60 despite the website description clearly saying it was a popup drain! I requested a replacement because of the misleading description but her mgr told her no, go & buy it. Last and final purchase from Peerless or Delta for my lifetime.

Said it came with a pop up drain, that is a lie. It comes with a standard drain which isn’t comparable with the faucet.

Yet Another Bad Product Description.

The spout height is only 3 1/2 inches over the countertop. The descriptions say spout height is 5 inches. This is very frustrating and will have to return and go through the entire purchasing decision thing again thanks to someone's lack of effort.

gets dirty fast

Looks great and all but all that flat surface catches everything. Have to WIPE it down after EVERY USE or it gets noticeably filthy after a day. Lessoned learned.

Beautiful sleek design, excellent quality and easy installation were the big plusses for me. Only small issue is the recommendation in the install instructions to use silicon caulk under and around the drain. Have used plumbers putty for decades and am puzzled. But, went ahead and did it as instructed. I installed three of these fine faucets and drains and ended up using plumbers putty on the third. Much easier.
