Ok, I will try and keep this short:

Not just for kids

All the pieces were included and were in perfect shape. The bed is very sturdy and good looking. We are using it for an adult of about 175 pounds. The instructions seem to be written by someone for whom English is not a first language. If you are experienced at putting together furniture, you should have no problem. I would not make this my very first ever building project. There was one area that we had to screw through that didn't have holes, but it wasn't a problem. The individual drawers might fit better in one position than another, so play with that if need be. I had a question and contacted the manufacturer, and they very promptly and graciously replied. I am very happy with this product and don't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Its cheaply made, assembly is time consuming, and the drawers get stuck 1 out of the 3 work properly. Dont recommend.

White with blue specks

For some reason our white bed arrived with blue specks. Poor quality control.

Frustrating assembly

Probably the worst assembly directions Ive ever encountered. Horribly drawn pictures that are too small to see half the items on the pages, a lot of hardware used in some steps wasnt even listed on the pages, the parts list listed too many quantities for the drawers panels, half of the boards had blue speckles on them which dont come off, some of the nails came bent, two boards came in completely different colors (brown and grey) than what I ordered (white), the particle boards were chipped on a few pieces, ugh I can go on and on. Its all assembled now and my kid loves it and it is what it is but I would have preferred to have spent a little more money on a product that was actually worth it.

We are returning them.

I bought two of these, and after going through each part of the first one, I won't even bother opening the second one and will be calling the company today to return both beds. More than half of the parts of the bed were either scratched, chipped, or had blue speckles all over them (many of them had this). Very disappointed.

Right price, Wrong quality!!!

I guess the price you pay is what you get. Product is not the best quality. Directions are sketchy at best. If I did not have vast experience in building and past experience in assembling knock-down furniture it would be hard to follow the written directions. I gave it 3 stars for the fact it was shipped quickly, arrived in okay condition and my daughter loves it. Other than that it only deserves about 2 stars. Do yourself a favor and go to the local furniture store and get a better quality piece of furniture.

Sturdy and looks great

Slightly damaged on corners when arrived. Took about 4 hours for 2 adults to put together. But child loves it, so makes it worth the time!

Nice, affordable and cute!!

This is a nice affordable bed that looks cute and helps with storage in my daughter’s room. I have it a 4 because with any type of pressed board/wood furniture it has its quirks. Overall, my daughter and I are really happy with this.

Product is great! But seller sucks

Nice and sturdy, super heavy! I would have given it a 5 star if the seller would just have responded to my message and request. One of the pieces is broken, thankfully its just the one underneath the drawers, so its manageable. I messaged the seller almost a week ago now, also called walmart.com but nobody could help me if I could get a replacement for that piece. I attached a picture of the assembled bed, but notice under the drawers.. theres should be a white wood covering that part. Still have not gotten any response if I am ever going to get that piece.

the best money you'll ever spend

I'm so very happy it is worth every penny and more this bed is for me and I'm so happy I treated myself to IT WOW and I paid for it when it was ordered I love Wal-Mart cash and then they deliver it right to your door

Damaged

The bed came in two separate boxes. The bed itself is cracked and the headboard box had a hole in the hardware bag and the screws are Scattered through the box. You can only email the seller to set up a return. I emailed them Friday with no response still on Monday. My daughter will be with her grandparents for three days and I plan to surprise her with a big girl bed for her birthday while she is gone but I am running out of time. I’m nervous about the return process and getting a refund in time to reorder.
