works great for road trip travel

My cat seems to prefer this to the hard plastic kennel I previously used to go in and out of hotels. She appears content being able to sit up and peer at her surroundings as we walk through the lobby and halls. I use the handle rather than the backpack straps and its very steady. In the car I open the back extension to keep her contained.

Great Convertible Carrier

This was the perfect convertible carrier for our 3-day cross-country road trip with two cats. We could extend the back for more room, and they can also sit upright in the main backpack portion. It was also very easy to close up the extension and return to the backpack style to carry them into our apartment building. We look forward to trying these out on a flight in the near future.

Spacious, sturdy, and comfortable

My kitten loves it. She plays in it and we use it to go for walks around the neighborhood and to the vet. It's surprisingly comfy, though my kitten is currently only ~ 5 lbs. I hope it continues to work out as she grows up.

Best Pet Carrier! This is the one!

Sturdy and lightweight backpack carrier I love how it expands for additional space. Carrying my long haired ChiChi is easy.

Easy to handle

It's a good size for small to medium sized cats. I think the expandable portion not only makes it nice as a little play area, but makes it easier to lure cats into the carrier when first getting them comfy with it. Only slight con is that I wish there was more rigidity to the doors so that if both sides of the backpack are unzipped, the carrier doesn't collapse, but I understand it makes storage easier.

Great backpack

So glad I chose this backpack! I love that it extends for that longer car ride. Our rescue kitten threw up on the way home and it was very easy to clean up, the pads easily remove. It’s very open and they can easily see out. I think it will be a nice backpack for a walk. And I love the teal color.

Great Buy!

I love everything about this carrier, and it’s made taking my cat to the vet so much easier. My only complaint is that it could be a little bigger in depth or width so accommodate for larger kitties. My cat is about 7 pounds and he’s a little big for this carrier to be in it for any length of time.

It is well constructed pet backpack, but for my cat way too large. Not even sure it would fit under the seat in front on an airplane. Will return and order somehting smaller.
