Never worked

Going through the process of getting a new one. How disappointing.

Hygienisch, jedoch nicht ganz still

Ich habe den bisherigen Plastik Trinkbrunnen meiner beiden Katzen zu Gunsten ihrer Gesundheit ersetzt. Eine davon hat vom Plastik Feline Akne entwickelt. Dies hat sich nun beruhigt. Meine zweite Katze ist leider nicht so begeistert von diesem Modell, hoffe jedoch das sich dies noch ändert. Die ungewisse Filter Verfügbarkeit könnte ebenfalls zu einem Problem führen.

It only worked for a month.

The pump quit, but Chewy was really great in honoring a refund. I really wish it would have lasted because my cat seemed to drink more from her water bowl when the fountain was running right next to it.

Cats don’t seem to love it, noisy

I wanted to switch to a fountain that had less plastic parts and was easy to clean, however my cats don’t seem to love this one and it has gotten really noisy! It’s in the bathroom that’s attached to my bedroom and I’m probably going to have to move it downstairs because the motor is so noisy. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks so I’ll continue to monitor and see if my cats use it more. It wasn’t as noisy at first so it’s wierd that it got noisier.

Second purchase

Great item, this is my second purchase. Now my kitty has an extra watering hole!

Excellent Fountain

The PetSafe Seaside Stainless Steel Cat 60oz Water Fountain is excellent. My cat took to it right away and started drinking from the fountain part too. I chose this fountain because it is stainless steel - the only plastics are the pump components and filter holder - and because my cat can drink from it even if the pump stops. The loudest noise from the fountain is that of the water and it does a nice job of masking the hum of the pump.

I am very happy with the fountain. Works well and easy to clean. Still have original ceramic 'Avalon' Petsafe fountain which is working well too. It gets a bit crusty after 8 years and Stainless steel is a better design I think. Using both at present and cats are happy with both. Thanks...

Used for over 2 years

Overall in very happy with this fountain. It's made of a stainless bowl and another stainless cone shaped piece that sits on top. There's a rubber gasket that connects to the top of the cone. Inside is a pump that is made of 3 pieces of plastic (pump/magnetic spinner/cover). The pump gets covered by a foam filter. On top of the pump is a plastic holder for the carbon filter.

Gets slimy fast

I have another stainless fountain that stays cleaner (Petlibro). I would not purchase this one and have replaced it with another Petlibro one that Chewy carries.

Much better and more practical than what we had.

No annoying blue light, the water flows into an open reservoir that my cat can drink from if the power goes out, metal is cleaner than plastic, and I like the sound of the water trickling down. My cat lays next to the soothing sound. Price was great and Chewy got it to my door in two days.

Disappointed

Cat hated it. Not user friendly. Gets slimy too quickly. It's in the box sitting on the floor collecting dust. Had high hopes, but didn't work for us. Also bought additional filters which were never used.

Jax

My soon to be 13yr old cat that I adopted nine years ago had developed an allergy to plastic. When I adopted him, he was almost bald, was black, and only had one eye. ( Hence the name: 1eyed Jax!). I fell in LOVE…and he has returned the love right back at me. He is very spoiled now and I can’t think of a reason he shouldn’t be! Thanks to you…( the best ‘cat-daddy’)

Fun water bowl

I have cats and dogs. It took a couple days but now they're all drinking out of it. And my crazy cat doesn't knock the water out.

Good product. Cats took to it right away.

Takes up alot of space. I needed a extension cord to have it reach level space on floor. Cat is not thrilled with it
