Petra rug

I put this down in my kitchen because I was looking for reddish accents. I now love it, it’s a very muted rust/red with just a touch of soft blue scattered about. There is lots more of a neutral color in the background than the sample suggests It’s a faded palette so nothing that really stands out, just a pleasing look to my white cabinets. It’s soft but not plush. I did put a rug pad underneath since I have hardwoods, it will slide if you don’t. The only thing is it does come with about a 1/2 inch fringe on each end. My husband detests fringey rugs and I remember not seeing it in the description so I thought i was safe. In the end the fringe was so small and dense it was not a big deal.
