I returned this rain chain over a week ago, got refunded for adapter, but still not for actual rain chain?

Lovely replacement to our gutters in the backyard. They were taking up large areas and walkways - the rain chains help streamline the space and worked instantly.

Simple, practical and functional. Our gutter needed an outlet and this worked perfectly. I love the simple design and ease to put together.

Beauty on a budget

Great product for the price. Creates a beautiful cascade effect. Adds just enough curb appeal without being gaudy. I recommend getting the gutter adapter along with this for a seamless transition.

Definitely a great fit, I did find out that the gutter adapter (sold separately) was unnecessary as the chain did include the mounting hardware.

This rain chain is so cool to watch. It was fairly easy to install. Built of sturdy material. It's definatley built to last. My parents love to sit on the porch and watch the rain trickle thru these. They're a fairly good size too! This is a must for all gardens.

We used this on our balcony lowering down to our deck. It is a visually pleasing design against our white posts. It is excellent quality and I have no doubt that it will last for many years to come. It was easy to set up, the directions were perfectly clear and easy to understand.
