For this sectional to cost $2400 the sides and the back are poorly constructed. One simple mistake and a rip can easily happen to this sectional.

I purchased this sofa 1 year ago now and the quality is absolutely rubbish. The sofa cushions started to sag in less then 2 months. The frame started to squeak and the fabric started to come apart in 3 months. I called afw for warranty assistance after owning it 3 months and they told me the only thing I can do is buy a replacement section of the sectional. I love the style and it fit perfect in our living room but the quality is poor. Stay away from this sofa and afw because their warranty department does nothing for there customers. This is the second time I tried posting this because afw didnt post my last review.

Perfect couch

Couch fits our living room and everyone has a seat during family get togethers. Customer service at Coleman Furniture was amazing and assisted with all of our needs and found us exactly what we wanted for a fraction of the price the manufacturing company would sell it to us for. Would highly recommend this company!

Comfy and awesome

This couch is comfortable. Its soft, plush, deep, did I mention soft? One thing that wasn't mentioned anywhere that was a nice surprise is that it does in fact come with the matching throw pillows which we were worried about . This was totally worth it and was a great upgrade over our existing couch. Seems solid, built to last, and so so comfortable.

Horrible quality

I bought this sofa and after 1 month of owning it the sofa cushions started to sag. The fabric came apart at the seam. Now only after 6 months the sofa wood itself is breaking. I called American furniture warehouse and they came out a little over one month of owning this and did absolutely nothing for it. The service guy said I could buy a new one and that was my option. What a joke. Stay away for this sofa and American furniture warehouse. There is no warranty on his sofa like I was told when I purchased it.

I was skeptical at first, the price was good and I was unsure if it could be real. To my pleasant surprise, it was a reasonable price and great service! The product arrived about a month later, and the crew installing the couch were polite and efficient. Very very happy with my purchase.

Not too firm but not too fluffy, it’s perfectly in the middle yet doesn’t dent much after you lay on it. We love the light grey color, and we can tell it’s a high-quality couch that will last a long time.

This couch exceeded our expectations. It’s not too hard but not too fluffy, just perfectly in the middle. The fabric is soft and high quality, and we love how the light grey color complements most colors in our living room. We got a 5-piece set and it’s big enough for three people to lay down on it to take a nap. We ordered it online and were surprised it came with ten pillows! It’s wonderful and we are so happy with our purchase.

Huge couch

The couch is long and spacious. We love it. Very similar to the pictures in the advertising. The fabric is kind of a fuzzy warm fabric but we don’t mind because it’s cozy. Plenty of space for my husband and I to lay out. We’ve had it a little over a week and so far so good. Hoping it holds up well for us
