I had seen a set of Trellis White while we were at a vacation rental months ago and wanted a set for myself. The rustic look of white trimmed in bronze blended well with my kitchen decor. I was especially excited to get the accessory pasta bowls. Thank you so much for the quick delivery.

Beautiful Pfaltzgraf set

I bought this Pfaltzgraf set to add more place settings to an existing set. I like these. Beautiful quality and inexpensive. Perfect for everyday use. They do differ slightly from the same set I bought 4 years ago but they are still great.

Beautiful everyday tableware

I love this pattern and the place settings which include dinner plate, salad plate and soup/cereal bowl. No coffee cups which are not really wanted or needed. They arrived in perfect condition and I was not disappointed at how beautiful the dishes are. Also, a very good value.

Years ago, I purchased 2 sets of 4 piece place settings of Trellis White. I’ve not been even slightly tempted to replace as I’ve not seen a design I like more. It has a unique yet neutral design and colors. This design also has variations in each piece which is also unique. These dishes have style but this is secondary to ‘framing’ the food on/in them. The cups don’t have saucers and seem to be a cup/mug hybrid which I like. I recently purchased a new 4 pc. Place setting of Trellis White for 3 reasons.

Soooo Disappointed

I purchased two 12-piece Trellis White dinnerware sets. Of the 24 pieces, more than 14 of them looked like factory seconds that had never been inspected. There were so many imperfections like bubbly blemishes, divots where the glaze couldn't fill, chips and disfiguration of the bowl rims. Customer service was ABYSMAL when trying to get this problem resolved. They're now refunding me for one of the 12-piece sets (even though more than 12 pieces were unacceptable) and I have to ship the second set (which will obviously have to contain some of the defective pieces) back AT MY COST in order to get the rest of my purchase price refunded in 1-2 billing cycles. After owning three other very nice Pfaltzgraff sets over the years, I expected better and planned to purchase more pieces to round out my kitchen with Trellis White. However, after this experience, I will NOT consider Pfaltzgraff in the future.

I love the new dishes. They are just what I needed. They look so nice on the table. I look forward to using them with guests, They came in perfect condition and I love that they can go in the dishwasher and microwave.

I have had many Pfaltzgraff dishes over the years. The latest set arrived quickly, and looks great. One cereal bowl had a chip in the bottom. I sent a pic and it was immediately replaced. Excellent customer service.

Butter knife marks on plates

The Trellis White dinnerware is beautiful to look at when it is new, however after only a month or so of use, butter knife cut marks are very visible. Very disappointed.
