I have this enclosure installed for around a year and one night on midnight the big glads explode from middle with a horrible sound , the broken particle like ricochets damage everything around, broke expensive jacouzy tab.. besides all costs it caused. We were just lucky no one was in bathroom by the time. It could kill someone

We just installed the door, but we are having a tough time finishing the installation. the door doesn't adjust properly..

Late delivery...twice! At the time of on-line order, it said Jan 24 was the latest delivery date. Nothing! I called. The customer service said Jan 27 would be the latest. Nothing again! It was then delivered on Jan 29. Who would compensate me for the cost that I paid to the installer / contractor?!

Have not yet installed but quite satisfied with all the service.

Too small, it didn’t look that small, but can’t put shower seat in and my husband is 85 yrs old and needs to sit while showering. Will need to tear it out and put larger shower in.

The glass is very thick, 3/8 , hardware is heavy...

The glass is very thick, 3/8 , hardware is heavy duty. Haven’t finished installing yet, so don’t know how well seals work. I DO wish VIGO would treat the glass to prevent water spots.

This is the a terrible product.

This is a terrible product and the customer service is equally terrible. I've had to replace the seal twice and now w third time. I've contacted the manufacturer and they refuse to refund me. I've had to pay to have someone reinstall the seal each time and I'm fed up. Do not buy anything from this company.

Wrong part number

The doors are great, but BEWARE the part number is wrong for the doors. It says that the dimension is 38.125" deep. when the doors were delivered the part number ends in "40" which is the 40" deep door. I was fooled. So, i ordered another not knowing that the part number was wrong and again I got the wrong door. Returning both doors with the wrong part number back to the store, They are heavy about 200lbs each.

Had a contractor put it in who normally just orders custom glass and he said he would probably look at this for his next project. He did a great job installing it directly on the floor with no curb. It looks great . Don’t love the product name written on the glass
