Some were damaged and had to return. Also need a wider shutter that you don't have.

I ordered and paid for 2 sets of shutters, I only received one.

first set came in damage 2 nd order came in fine

I really only needed half of one of the doors to replace one out of 6 in an apartment I was fixing up.

Expensive, but correct size, only found at lowes.

The surface on 3 or 4 of the shutters deep scrap marks on the wood. Seems like its a problem on the knifes on the machine in the production process. Quality control needs improvement.

Many Different sizes.

The showers were substantial and matched the shutters on my older home.

Shutters were a good match for our old exterior shutters. The slats seem a little thin and would probably break easily, but we painted them and hung them with no problem.

Shutters were made well and arrived undamaged.

Fell Apart

Like other photos, my shutters came apart a little over a year. Contacted their customer service team and didn't get a response. Poor quality; equally poor customer support

Great price for solid wood

I did not have any issues with product as others here have noted in reviews, arrived intact and stable. They are light weight, but perfect for what we needed. Priming and painting took forever - get a sprayer!

Great affordable product just had them painted and installed. They look good so far hopefully will hold up for several years. Time will tell
