Amazing product quality and unmatched customer service

I’m beyond pleased with my beautiful linens! I needed my order very quickly and Fig Linen and Home was prompt to respond to my request. Excellent experience from start to finish!

My order took an absolutely absurd amount of time to receive. Customer service was non-existent. I will never order from the shop again. I support small business but small business must support their customers, too. Goodness gracious. No one has time for this type of experience. Oh- and the actual product is beautiful. Thank goodness I can purchase in multiple locations across the country should I ever need additional placemats.

Have NOT received goods yet!

I cannot review a product that has not arrived?!! This was supposed to be for my holiday table and it’s well past that- you should tell customers about shipping delays at purchase not months later.

Disappointed

Icy blue is the wrong color. Neiman is also charging almost the same price for 1 as Matouk charges for a set of 4 ($117). Very disappointing. Please update your photographs to reflect what will be shipped.

I am sorry, but I am extremely frustrated because I bought the placemats in two colors, hoping to be able to return the color which didn't work for me. But I have had absolutey no cooperation in doing this. I wish someone could help me.

How to return wrong color placemats.

I bought two different colors of the placemats. Ice Blue and Sky Blue. I wanted to see which would go best with my china patterns. The Ice Blue looked best, so I would like to return the Sky Blue. I have asked for help with ths from your staff but no one has reached out to help me. I am disappointed.

Scalloped

I bought this for my mom, love the scalloped edging, beautiful decoration for the table setting - great shape, easy care placemats and they refresh the dining room. You can dress it up or dress it down, gives life to the walnut wood table top. Thank you for excellent customer service.
