Terrible Design

I bought 2 of these water bottles about a month ago. I love the design and colors of this water bottle but the bottle design is terrible. I am one that takes my son’s water bottles apart to clean them. Taking it apart and putting it back together was a nightmare. I have never had that much trouble with any other brand. It took me about 30 min to finally get it back together. I do not recommend this product if you’re going to take it apart to clean it.

Leaking Lids

I bought 3 2-bottle bundles and 4 out of the 6 bottles are leaking. Very frustrating especially when one bottle leaked all over my 3yr old daughter’s winter hat this morning. It’s 40 degrees out & she has nothing to protect her ears because it’s soaking wet. I’ve tried tightening the lids, made sure the rubber seal was correct, etc.. Still leaks.

Cute cup but recommend adding an insulated option

Such a cute bottle, leak proof and great size. The only downfall is that it is not insulated. My little one is picky and likes her water to be super cold all the time. With her taking this to school, the ice I add in the morning melts within a few hours.

My 7 years old loves this lunch box !! The bentgo kids leak proof lunch box water is amazing !! Such a life saver !! Best of all it's leak-proof ! It's also dish washer safe ! Very durable as well ! There also bigger lunch boxes from Bentgo as well ! Must have lunch box !!

We love Bentgo products!!

This is the 4 th year in a row we have bought Bentgo products for our daughter. Each year we have bought the matching lunch boxes, backpacks, lunch bags, water bottles, ice packs, and silverware ( mermaid, fairy, unicorn, and now puppy). The designs are beautiful. They hold up amazing, with my early elementary student. We get so many compliments each year. Thank you Bentgo for creating a quality product and for your top notch customer service when something unexpected happens. We can't wait to use the puppy print items in the up coming school year.

This is my third purchase

I love these bottles. Pros: narrow enough to fit in cup holders, don't leak, light weight, dishwasher safe. Cons: kids chew through the straw tip so I have to replace the straws more often than I'd like. Luckily the site sells replacement straws and I can buy a few as backup.

Love this product!

My daughter loves this lunch box. The pattern is so cute and it is highly functional. I love that I can give healthy portion sizes to make sure she is eating a well rounded lunch. It is compact and travels well. My only complaint ( and it is very small) is that when I packed fruit, some of the juice leaked out and stained the inside of the bag. I didn’t expect it to be airtight and it is not. Otherwise everything has been great!

Too difficult to use for kids and adults

We did not like the bite valve. I was unfamiliar with this type of product and would not recommend it. In addition because I bought it in a set of two and they were shipped in one package with two lunch boxes I was told I cannot return them. Value of $30 down the bite-valve drain. (The lunch boxes are very nice and the aesthetics of the water bottles are nice and sturdy, but the straw design is a bummer and useless.)

Love them!

I bought my daughter the dog print and the nature adventure print to replace her 2 old Bentgo boxes. We had the old ones for over 4 years before they started to look pretty scuffed up. So my daughter picked out some fresh new ones to replace them. These are the same great quality I expect and they are super cute. My daughter is very happy with them and so am I.

Great product and great customer service

We bought the bentgo kids when my daughter started at JK, as a recommendation of a co-worker.

Great box just one issue!

This box worked wonderful for my children especially at the toddler ages when they eat smaller amounts. They love having it all in one place and for me, it’s great not having to wash fifty containers. The items stay separated and don’t leak into one another. The one issue I keep having with this box, though, is the box plastic clip mechanism. I have now had three boxes where the plastic edge that the latch clasps onto has broken. Without that, the box isn’t securely closed thus rendering it useless. Customer service has been great and they’ve replaced it each time but just might be a good thing to fix so no one needs replacements.

Easier for Lunches

We have 6 of the style bentgos. Most we have had for a year +. Unfortunately our two newer ones have both broken at the tabs (outer shell). After speaking to the company the outer shell shouldn’t be dishwashed, even in the top rack (the symbols imprinted on the outer shell says different). We will continue to buy these just simply for convenience and functionality for school lunches.

Good customer support

We purchased this for our kids and it works pretty well, is mostly leak proof and good quality. The only issue I have is with rubber that makes it leak proof, changed color over time. So I contacted the customer service and they were happy to provide a replacement. I only needed to share the receipt and product picture showing the issue.

Nice bottle. Wish they offered more designs.

Great water bottle but I wish there was more of a design selection to match the other designs of the lunchbox and bento set designs. My little one really likes the construction set but sadly, like many of the others, they don't offer a matching water bottle so we settled for Monster trucks. It would be great if there were more "full sets" of the different designs offered.

Great water bottle... one negative

I bought these water bottles a couple months ago and we were very happy with them until the clip on the top broke and the bottle was no longer usable. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me right away and agreed to send me a replacement cup. So even though we had an issue with one out of the two we bought I would still recommend you give these cups a try.

Great

This is great set. The lunch box is sturdy and the colors are bright fun with an awesome pattern. The cup is sturdy and easy to use. The compartments inside is actually very room and deep. Was very impressed with how much food it holds.

Great for school lunches- we love them!

We got one for my daughter for school, and we loved it so much that we got two more, and I got a bigger one for myself! We also got the backpack with a built in insulated pocket, which is perfect for school. The portion size is great, and it’s easy to fit silicone cupcake liners if you want to divide up the space a little more. They are also easy to clean. My daughter loves the fun prints, and is always excited to eat lunch from her lunchboxes!

Best lunch box

This is the perfect lunch box for little kids to manage on their own. It is easy to open and close! The designs are fun, and there are several compartments for a variety of options for lunch. It is easy to clean as well! Great lunch box overall.

Outstanding lunchbox!

My daughter (4) loved the lunch box and matching bag, it is sturdy and well made, very easy to clean and leak proof - poured honey directly over food and no mishaps. Also very easy to be opened and closed by a child. For our needs it has too many compartments, so we will be looking for a snack box next. Highly recommend the brand, and will definitely purchase again, when needed.
