Did not work for me

The swing chain colors received are not what is shown in the picture and when the company that sells them were contacted to replace them, they would not respond to the rep from Home Depot for over two weeks and then did nothing to accommodate. The rep from Home Depot that was helping with the issue was very helpful, but the company selling the product was not.

Instructions were just ok, a little spotty in some areas, and were builder types. All the hardware seemed stout enough and the swing set is a hit.

Did not get my wood frame and slide! Called said it was all included

I had this up without any issues pretty quickly - as a 63 yo Grandmother. Great quality, easy instructions. I had a problem with the product description (that's been corrected), but Wayfair and the Mfg. conspired to resove that without batting an eye immediately! I'm VERY happy with this purchase!

Slide is a little flimsy but gets the job done for smaller about 50-60 lb kids max. I used lag bolts in main 4x6x16 instead of cheap bolts provided. Also do yourself a favor and get deck screws both 2 1/2” and 3” need a 1lb box of each. Pretty sturdy but main brackets are hard to get all even to the 94” inch bottom width on the 4x4 A frames. All in all start to finish about 4 hours with all the wood cuts and assembly. Recommend having at least 1 extra person for main assembly. Not bad for just under $400 total. I had to special order main beam took 5 days to get to store. Pretty happy overall!

This worked out as planned. Excellent quality.

We ordered this swing set kit online. It was the same one we built 30 years ago, and it went up in only two work sessions: one for cutting and one for assembling. (We had moved and left the old one with a friend.) We are looking forward to another 30 years of fun.

Beware this item does NOT Include the slide. The slide is an add on expense.

Better than I expected .

It's great, kid's love to play on it, loved content's in the box, high quality, even had a drill bit to use.

Not satisfied at all. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Play set kit provides excellent option to prefab swingsets. Installation requires two or more persons and several hours as noted in instructions. This swingset will last too? Our old one is 25+ years.

6 Years later still going strong

This hardware kit has held up since my husband installed it 6 years ago. Very sturdy and happy I made this purchase.
