Nice bed!

This bed was more impressive than the photos. The color was a nice gray, I believe they called it "clay". Product was fairly easy to put together (it's a 2 person job). Drawers much larger than expected. Only complaint would be, nice to have drawers on both sides.

The color wasn't as gray

The color wasn't as gray as I thought it would be, it's more brown, but I love it. The bed goes together very easily, our 5 year old actually helped us do it and had a blast helping. It's very sturdy, the bed doesn't creak or make any noise. So far we're very pleased with this purchase.

The bed surface wasn’t finished,

The bed surface wasn’t finished, it is rough and unpleasant to the touch, also color doesn’t look like clay to me or gray, as advertised

Disappointed

After trying to get help from your company numerous times, we gave up. Shame on you for not helping. And your instructions are not clear. We are making do but such a disappointment.

My daughter loves the bed,

My daughter loves the bed, but it was very challenging to put together. The assembly directions were poor.

It’s been a couple months

It’s been a couple months since I ordered this bed. When it finally arrived it did not have the storage drawers. After being on hold for over 20 minutes someone finally put in a request to find them. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no response or drawers.

We really like our new

We really like our new bed & nightstand! It took my husband quite awhile to assemble, but he isn’t very “handy”! It seems very sturdy and looks great! Shipping was quick.

One of the drawers a bit wonkey but overall I love the look of the bed plus it wasn’t too hard to assemble.

There are 4 holes in the footboard of the bed.

Several of the pieces of the headboard were damaged. I contacted customer care and waiting to hear back.
