Bad design
So hard to use! We've checked multiple times that it is installed correctly, but it is still very hard to get this to function properly. I have to fight with it to slide the garbage cans out every time. Actual garbage...no pun intended

Not as sturdy as the rev-a-shelf models. The wheels fell off within a couple months of use. Spend your money on better quality.

Perhaps mine is flawed. The piece in front that holds the baskets in place easily comes out and causes the baskets to fall over. Very annoying
