Tank came in good condition and works as it should.

Not a good purchase

I have this toilet for a years now. It is terible, Leaks often, keeps running, flapper goes out several times a year. The parts are very expensive and it doesn't flush well at all. We have to performe two flushes every time.

Always leaking

I would not recommend this toilet, I have replaced both flappers assembly and the rubber gaskets two times in three years. That’s not how it should be. The previous toilet which we had for ten years and never had to replace the flapper.

Good flusher

I am very happy with the American Standard Cadet. First and foremost, they are good flushers and we don't have clogging issues. Second, they look great in the space! I am a kitchen and bathroom designer and often specify the American Standard toilets for those reasons. I am a big fan of American Standard toilets!

[Rewarded Review] Great toilet, functions fantastically

This toilet was easy for my plumber to install. It flushes super quick, no waiting for the bowl to fill up and the water running leaving you guessing "is it ever going to shut off?!" Would buy again!

leeks 24 hours

We have the same problem as others, the tank leeks all day. Our water bill has been more than double last couple of months. We are very disappointed with this product.

The toilet tank delivered was

The toilet tank delivered was an old piece as it had a blue paint on the to edge surface( see video). The sensor was not working and the drain valve was not functioning due to a part missing that blocks flow out when filling.

I have the same problem as mentioned from others. The toilet leaks and keeps filling every 5 to 10 minutes. I’m so disappointed and don’t know what to do. Had a plumber come and he scratched his head and left.

THE INSIDE PARTS ARE AWFUL THIS IS MY SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE .I THOUGHT AMERICAN STANDARD WAS A GOOD TOILET BUT THIS ONE IS AWFUL AND VERY COSTLY.

terrible features

Interior parts get tangled and stopper will not close, then water continues running to try to fill tank! I have always thought American Standard was best, but no longer.
