Nice price, but poor parts

The parts inside have already broken. All plastic, need to call about warranty.

purchased bowl and tank separately as wanted to make sure bowl would match up with hole -- WARNING though --- the newer bowls are an 1/8 of an inch thicker and teh original nuts do not have enough to grab onto. I suggest AM and order the longer / aftermarket nuts that go into the bowl. I did have to cut them back a little as they did bind a little. DO NOT buy the gasket from them though, was too big - 5 inches in diameter and waste pipe was only 4 inches - wish HD sold required mounting hardware.

It's a Tank

Goes with the corresponding bowl, comes complete with all the hardware needed to install and function. I'm limited on options for replacing a wall mounted toilet from the 1960's. Fortunately I am happy with the design.

I have been remodeling my 1970’s house and had the challenge of find a rear outlet toilet to replace. There are not that many on the market that are stylish, so I was relieved to find this toilet to replace mine. It only comes in white which is a bit of a disappointment because I would have preferred other options. The toilet is look goods and is efficient to do what it is designed to do.

This is a great value for a reliable, clean looking toilet. It's a medium compact size is a great update to any bathroom. Would look good in any transitional environment. Functions great, looks great and price is excellent.

3rd times a charm, for delivery

The tank arrived fine, the bottom of the toilet was shipped 3 x before it arrived in 1 piece. The first arrival it was making noises of broken china and the driver realize it was broken and didn't actually deliver it. Took a week before I realized the shipper didn't notify Build.com that they broke it. I had to call and ask for another to be shipped. It arrive broken. I was not happy. We paid 75$ or so for the freight shipping. I complained to build.com and the nice yound lady said our original agent would contact us. It never happened. I even had to dispose of the 70#s of broken pieces in the landfil. I did get the product, finally. Happy in the end. I just don't know what to think about how it all went down. Never compensated for hassle.
