Great price and fast shipping. Product as described (I purchased this as a replacement for my existing one that broken sliders on the base)

This is a great product and I'm so happy it can be shipped to Hawaii.

Solid design but could use some tweaks.

It looks to be designed well and robust. Nice features for adjusting the front to back angle of the front cabinet door. The bins are slightly smaller than the previous model I had. Also the back wall of the assembly makes it nearly impossible to get ones arm in back to retrieve if some trash was mistakenly dropped outside towards the rear.

Easy to install. Love the product

delivered on time. well built but on the expensive side. you get what you pay for.

Quality double track pull out

I bought this product ahead of time since I will be redoing my kitchen but not starting the project until the end of February/beginning of March. I was please with how quickly the item was delivered. It looks like it should be easy for my contractor to install and should work great in my new kitchen. I had the single pull out trash can before and was fairly happy with that but this double trash can and sturdier pull out should be much better then what I had before.

Solid construction

Seems very solid. We will see how it holds up to the vacation rental market.

Works well - once installed.

The installation was not as straight forward as I had hoped it would be. The double-sided tape idea for holding the door temporarily is a good idea, but didn’t work at all for me as I could not get the door to stick to the tape.

Seems sturdy after one month of use

Seems sturdy after one month of use. I like the soft close feature. I think it is made horse 30 by the support and rail slide being at the bottom rather than at the side. My handyman had no trouble installing it.

Easy to install

Fits perfectly in my cupboard and has 2 large bins to collect garbage and recycling.

Template provided made installation a breeze. It's very sturdy and the soft close feature is nice.

Can be difficult to install

When installing, it's difficult to get the double sided tape to be exactly aligned. But once it's stuck, that's it, you can't move it. We tried to peel it off to realign but it was so hard to unstick. Anyhow that part of the installation was really difficult but the end result is great.

Worth the price

It may be a bit pricy, but it pays off in the quality... smooth and strong very happy.

Exactly what we needed

Fit perfectly in the area that had been setup by previous owner. Was worried it might not be right but because rail is on bottom part vs side part, it would fit in any cupboard. Super easy to install and works with other garbages too. Should come with 3rd smaller garbage for compost.
