Horrible

This company is horrible to work with and definitely not consumer friendly. Error was on their part as they advertised one thing, but sent something else. They wouldn’t give me a credit and let me donate the item, instead, I had to go through the inconvenience of re-packing it in a large box and bring it to a UPS, which is quite a distance from My Home. I explained that I was in the middle of a large building project.. then they canceled my return label, as I was unable to get it mailed out on time. Also, you will wait 20 to 30 minutes for Customer Service to pick up your call.

Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink Grid

I like this sink Grid , but it a shame that you don't have this in Puerto Rico, nor ship it to HomeDepot in Puerto Rico. I had to ship it to Dallas and my daugher ship it to me. Still I have my other daughter who want's one and my sister but you don't ship to Puerto Rico.

Beautiful sink! Arrived on time without any marks or scratches. I love that it’s reversible too. Other comparable sinks were very pricey… this was very affordable.

Larger than advertised

This was too big for our sink and when measured the width is closer to 13”. The length is correct.
