Not assembled correctly
The dispenser sent to me is not assembled correctly. The spigot is not turned properly to the base part. This results in the soap being dispensed from the side of the spigot, not the bottom. I kept the dispenser anyways because I had thoroughly torn up the packaging.
I did this in the bronze and like it very very much.
Soap dispenser
Same thing happened to me. The soap dispenser bottle broke and soap was all over the bottom of the sink. Maybe a better option than spending $60 on a new dispenser, sell the bottle attachment only. Oh well, if I want a soap dispenser have to spend the $60.

It's metal & it's a Kohler. Durable as he'll. Expect a long life.

I have had this for a couple of years and found the bottle neck to be broken today.
soap dispenser not working
Purchased two of the soap dispensers from Fergusons (among many other Kohler products for a remodel) The dispensers were installed February of 2023 and both stopped working in October 2023. Far from one year warranty and can't seem to find a way to talk to anyone at Kohler. Very unsatistfied with the products.
This was a replacement for an 11 year old original dispenser. It works as well as the old one

Used this to replace a softener free water faucet. Looks nice & finish matches the main faucet. Haven’t filled it with soap yet.

Wrong product was sent originally, Right product was sent and delivered without the plastic hose that connects to the bottom of the soap pump.....i need the missing part
