after ordering several thousand dollars worth of products I ordered this soap dispenser. It has been a nightmare of months and months. No one responds, I get no information. Tan email told me it was shipped and I should be enjoying it in February it is now March 8 and I have no idea how it was shipped, no info whatsoever. First excuse in November was the snow storms, then more excuses… are they going out of business? one disappointment is that the footed slipper tub i purchased was made in China. The enamel is thin

I love my new soap dispenser. In my new house, I replaced the broken InstantHot with this new Rohl soap dispenser and love it!! The bottle is slightly smaller so I may have to refill it more often than the one at my old house but the long narrow neck made it a better fit with my sink so it is a winner all around. I'm thrilled to have it as it makes doing dishes very convenient and easy!
