Pain to Fill

Pump looks nice with my new countertop, Kraus sink and Kraus faucet. Plumber installed faucet and pump. But, filling it from the top is ridiculous. We use softsoap. The fill neck is small it creates a vacuum when pouring and it takes forever. Trying going slow then used a funnel then poured a small amount and used a straw to break the vacuum. And to clean up the mess casued by the overflow. Never thought I would need directions on how to pour things. Is there a secret? Like the design. Hope it lasts longer than some of the other reviewers experienced. Rated it a two because of the fact that it is a pain to fill. If the filling of were better I would give it a 5. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Very substantial, this is the second one I have bought from this manufacturer, having used the first one in another property for more than two years without incident. Worth the (higher) price than other options.

The whole family is happy how convenient the dispenser pumps. Loved that I don't have to crawl and screw under the sink. Just attached a longer line to the soap bottle sitting on the floor under the cabinet.

We removed a small facet from our granite counter top and were looking for something to add to the hole. This fit perfectly and will be used for dish soap. I am going to order a second one for hand lotion. It can be filled from the top making it very convenient.

I've had these installed for a year now and I am SO IMPRESSED with the spot-free stainless steel that I look for that option on everything. These thicker metal dispensers (not at all cheap) are still working incredibly well with zero issues and they are pumped close to 30 times a day. We installed two side by side at our kitchen sink: one for dawn dish soap and one for clear liquid hand soap. We LOVE how uncluttered the sink area is now. Put the dawn dish soap in the dispenser installed closer to the faucet so you can squirt it into dirty dish pots in the middle of the sink. Hand soap in the dispenser to the right of the dish soap has worked perfectly for us.

I bought this dispenser to match a very heavy and high quality old school real brass faucet for my laundry room sink. I paid 55tax. The finish on the dispenser was a close match to my existing faucet but, the dispenser quickly discolored after less than 6 months of extremely light use. Still looks good though. Glad that Wayfair is continuing to sell this dispenser at a reduced price from the original 139.

The finish matches the faucet nicely. However the nozzle is a tad sharp and almost drew blood a few times I've hit my hand on it. -1 star for that.

Very happy with this purchase. Works well with the faucet from the same brand. Subtle gold color, maybe more champagne.

So easy to fill and large capacity container! I wish I knew about this dispenser sooner as it would have avoided many years of crawling under the kitchen sink every couple of weeks to change the dispenser. This one fills from the top and is larger capacity so I don't have to refill as often. I love the slick look too!

Solid pump.

I bought this as a replacement and it turns out much better than my original. This is metal and much more durable. I’m happy with the upgraded replacement.

Color matches nicely but quality is lacking

Color matches nicely but quality is lacking. The part you press to push out soap is floppy-loose like it is missing a gasket or collar. Design is great - can tell exactly where the soap will come out which is great and is why we bought it to replace the Delta dispenser that came with the faucet!

Looks Awesome but top broke after a few days

I really like it. It was the right color for my renovation it seemed heavy and study but a few days after install the top broke away. I’m returning I will try another because I didn’t see another one that I like the look as well I’m hoping this was a rare bad item. Will return waiting for contractor to remove it
