Like the faucet very much! The only feature it doesn't have is when I click on the spray, the only way to return to regular flow is to turn it off. My faucets previously, click back and forth while on.

Expected better

This is the least favorite kitchen faucet I've ever bought. I thought Hansgrohe was a good name, but it has not met our expectations in the least. The pull-out handle does not retract back inside completely - ever. The toggle from spray to stream does not toggle back and forth. After switching to spray you have to turn the faucet off to get it back to stream.

Try before you buy

I am disappointed with this faucet. While it is well made and attractive, it is difficult to use. It pulls down at a constrained angle and doesn’t smoothly return as it has a plastic track that it must wedge into. I would have returned it if I could.

This is a Great Faucet

This is our second Hansgrohe faucet, our first one lasted 22 years. First one was somewhat similar in design, but we find this design is better. The waterflow is excellent and the changeover in water stream is a non-issue. The faucet was at my home 2 days after it was ordered. Had a perfect experience with Build.com

This is the 2nd time I purchased this faucet.. (remodeled and changed color).. and I love how the pull out fits my hand.. BUT I think the water pressure is a little different.. maybe they added a flow restriction, no plumbing but the pressure lower.i

I love this faucet. I bought the gold 13 months ago and was worried the gold wouldn’t match my kitchen hardware but I got lucky and it’s perfect! The finish is still as good today as when I purchased it and in my opinion, it barely shows finger prints. The quality seems great. Some reviews mentioned you couldn’t switch from back to stream once you have the spray button on. This is true but such a minor inconvenience for the other pros to this faucet. It’s showing $527 presently. I don’t know if the price has skyrocketed like everything else or if I got it on sale, but I only paid around $350 for it. The gold color is a beautiful rich gold but not gaudy. It’s deeper than brass but looks very expensive. I just love it. And if it wasn’t so expensive, I’d purchase another one for a spare just in case. Pardon the photo as we're still in the process of remodeling. My photo is pretty true to color. Less

Uncontrollable mist

I love the system ie pull out sprayer. But my plumber could not get rid of a very fine overspray from the faucet when water is coming out. He tried at least 3 fixes but there is still a fine mist when I turn on the water with full strength. He managed to lower the strength of the flow which helped but …I’m just living with it. Not awful.

This Faucet works very well and replaces and older one we had. I would recomend this unit to people.

Nice, but

well built, easy to install. my only issue with this faucet is that when the handle is straight up - which is the easiest position to leave it in, it is fully on hot. that means you will normally turn it on with hot water running - not the most energy conscious operation.

Poor design

Beautiful faucet but also disappointed that the only way you can switch water pressure is by turning off the faucet! That’s terrible design. Now I’m stuck with a faucet & need to buy a new one since we didn’t realize it and threw away the original box
