I ordered this soap pump in advance for my kitchen remodel. When I finally went to install it, the part inside was broken. I did not open the package when I received it because my kitchen was being remodeled. Now I'm past the 30 days and I can't get the part replaced. I also ordered a Kraus faucet and 36" Kraus undermount sink. I would like somebody to contact me regarding this.

Short lifespan

This dispenser worked great for 14 months and then completely stopped. You can press it a million times and not a drop will come out. Woudn't recommend buying unless you plan to replace it yearly. Going to order a Moen one instead. Hoping a more reputable brand will last!

Don’t hesitate, buy it!

Coordinated perfectly with our Kraus faucet in our remodel. I dead tired of hand soap bottles and this was the perfect solution during our remodel. The bottle fills from the top so super easy and holds a lot of soap. Beautiful finish.

Nice soap pump.

Looks good, the price was the best part. I hope it functions well but I don’t foresee any major issue with this. It’s just been Installed but I haven’t started using it yet.

same as soap dispenser I installed in our guest house kitchen and it works & looks great. Only issue is refilling is a little tricky... do I disassemble from underneath (which is a bit difficult) so I can see how much soap goes into the bottle... or from above - where I can't see the soap bottle and just have to guess at how much soap is going in...? after trying both fill methods - above is easier, lol.

Faucet is great functioning and add some Wow! to our kitchen.

Love the soap dispenser! Originally I purchased a different one in brushed gold but the colour didn’t actually match the faucet (kraus faucet is brushed brass) so I repurchased in brushed brass and now matches perfectly. Very good quality in my opinion. Easy to install too.

Loses pump power

In 22 months time, two of the pumps have stopped pumping. Kraus replaced once at no cost, but it's replacement has stopped working again. Not worth it unless you want to spend $35 every year.

Like this soap dispenser alot because you fill it from the top at counter instead of having to go under the sink to get the bottle out to refill. Gave it a 4 because I received it with a broken piece on the pump. Put it in this weekend and have to contact Kraus during business hours to request replacement piece.

KRAUS Kitchen Liquid soap dispenser

This soap dispenser arrived quickly and is the perfect complement to the sink made by Kraus! It has a “transitional” style which goes with almost any decor. It works perfectly and doesn’t show finger prints. The reservoir bottle that holds the liquid soap is bigger than most which is great because it doesn’t need refilling very often! It is well made and appears to be very expensive- although it isn’t on OverStock! I would highly recommend this soap dispenser!

Worked a little over....

We purchased this in Sept. 2020. It worked great up until three months ago December 2022. Have tried soaking it in warm water thinking the hand soap may have thickened and became clogged. Pumped warm water through it. Worked a few times and then continued only to pump a couple times then stops again. Tired of trying to get it to work so we plan buying a different brand as a replacement. We have had several ones that work for years and continue to do so, but this one is short lived.

Simply just will not work

I have had this maybe 1.5 years and it will not dispense the detergent. It seems to stop every month since purchased. I like it so much I still tried to deal with it. At this point I'm either forced to purchase another with hopes it doesn't fail or settle for this one being a display feature. I love this company because normally I don't have a problem. I actually have this product throughout my home and office so this is a shocker that this product is defective.

Convenient & nice appearance.

This soap dispenser is a nice addition to the counter. We had a hole to cover since we bought a new kitchen faucet with the pull down nozzle. We bought the soap dispenser just to cover the hole but it has been a great item to have. We wash our hands a lot but always used the dish soap. This item is convenient & the dish soap sits below the in the cabinet now. It is easy to refill with soap. Just pull up the unit & unscrew the top & pour the soap. It is easy. We have liked having this item & it has a very nice appearance.

Really Nice While it Worked

We have this soap dispenser. It worked really well and looks nice but it broke after using it for a year. It says rated for 50,000 cycles, I guess we got one that was not up for the job. The spring section separated from the top and after looking it over you can see that the black plastic piece separated at the bottom of the metal piece that sits in the soap. I'm sure there's a lot of pressure there as the spring is very strong, likely because they had to make it that way to compensate for when people use thick soap that clogs up over time. The black in the picture should be metal, that would prevent this from happening. Either way, I'm now shopping for a new one.

Failed within 3 months

I installed this soap dispenser in late December. Initially, I was impressed because it was easy to install and has a large soap reservoir. However, by late March the pump began to stick and fail to pop back up after being depressed to dispense soap. You’d have to “help it out”. We’re an older couple and not too hard on things nor making overly frequent use. At any rate, I have just replaced this soap dispenser with a different brand.

The Kraus sink soap dispenser was perfect. After replacing my kitchen faucet with the pull out middle sprayer it left me with a hole in my sink where the old sprayer was. This soap dispenser was the best thing! It filled the whole plus I now have the convenience of having my soap next to the faucet. It holds 17 ounces, never clogs, pumps nicely and looks attractive. It can easily be refilled from the top. I’m so pleased with my purchase!

I bought this dispenser because I was unable to find an exact replacement for the dispenser that came with the sink. The only positive thing I can say is that the dispenser arm is long enough to extend over the sink. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the arm spins freely which can be annoying as you have to "chase" it in order to dispense the soap. I could live with that, but the entire stainless steel cap that fits onto the pump is very loose and wobbles when pressing down to dispense the soap. This makes the entire dispenser feel cheap and in my opinion, it is not worth the money.

I chose this dispenser, because it had a really long spout reach. I wanted something that would hang far enough in the sink, that my kids could push on the spout (rather than the main body) and get soap without getting water all over the counter. For the most part, this dispenser is perfect for that. The spout reach is great and it does work fairly reliably when pushing on the spout rather than the main body. Aesthetically it does look a little awkward because of its long spout reach, but that is a trade-off I take to avoid cleaning up water from the counter after every hand washing. We have been using it for several months now and have no problems with leaks. The container for the soap also fits well under our counter and holds plenty of soap, so I don't feel like I need to refill it constantly.

I bought it because it's stainless steel and should last and last and it was easy for in-store pickup! it's no fun going under the sink, behind the disposal and drain pipes to install once is enough. The dispensing nozzle is sufficiently long to drop the soap in the palm but, remember to swing it out of the way for any serious work in the sink. Break it off and super glue fixable it's not.

Great value and aesthetically pleasing

I have the Kraus sink and love it so was hoping for the same with their dispenser and I wasn’t disappointed. “Steel Optik” had me a bit confused as I wasn’t sure if it would go with the SS sink but it marries perfectly. I didn’t use the bottle it came with but went to the hardware store and purchased 5/16 x 3/16 poly tubing so that it would pump directly from a large bottle of soap. Works perfect and less refilling. Time will tell on durability but install was quick and easy. Delivery was prompt as well.
