Wrong item sent

As far as I can tell you sent the wrong item this time. I ordered one like this for my New York home and it came assembled. Excellent. I ordered THIS one #BHUS7194 for my sister in Ohio and it came UNASSEMBLED. And this one cost $2 more, at $380.91.

Almost totally assembled

Not much assembly required. Bottom drawer front does mot line up but customer service has been helpful and will send a new drawer if necessary.

You get what you pay for. The bookshelf itself is nice, but the “floating” shelves will warp and dip from the center after a few months regardless of weight distribution. It works for what I need it for right now, but I don’t see this as a long-term piece of furniture. In the meantime, I will flip the shelves back and forth as necessary.

Very disappointing. After assembling, the case is leaning to the left. Assembled it again being cautious the screws were flush and the corners were tighy. Again, it leans! My husband believes the issue is that the holes at the top were bored were not correctly bored directly straight, so the screws, no matter how tightly inserted, simply follow the slant. We don't want the case now as it makes our living space look shabby!! Arghhhh!! Have shopped at Wayfair for the past couple years in furnishing our new home. This is the first time we can't overlook the inferiority despite the pricing.

Good product but not the way to purchase them.

All the Bush items we ordered had damage and one file cabinet was missing the complete hardware kit and instructions. We are now waiting for about 2 weeks for replacement parts because Walmart is not the actual seller and cannot exchange the item. We went directly to the manufacturer for replacement parts. We would recommend that you go directly to the manufacturer to purchase these items and not waste time on middlemen. You might pay more but it is worth the price.

Well designed, well built. Addition

Well designed, well built. Addition of roller feet make it a perfect filing cabinet!

Nice gray color, easy to assemble. Door needed to be adjusted to align perfectly but instructions were included and was easily accomplished. Only issue is that the description says there are locking wheels, but wheels do not lock. Not a problem if on a rug, or an easy inexpensive fix to buy wheel locks

Bookcase arrived unscathed- which was my main concern. Assembly was fairly straightforward and I did not need a second set of hands even though it’s heavy. I am slightly disappointed in the stability however. It has at least 1-2 inches of sway, so I will need to secure it to the wall using some heavy duty brackets. Fortunately I’m only using it for clothes.

Nothing like what I expected. The quality is absolutely horrible. Save yourself some time, and do not buy this. It came with multiple scratched and the paint is already chipping. I wish I could return it. I’m ready to just put it in recycle. What a waste of my time and money.

I think this is a fairly cheap piece of furniture.

good quality cabinet

We purchased the large desk and this was the matching mobile filing cabinet. it worked perfectly as does the locking mechanism on it. Would definitely purchase this item again!

Great for files, fits perfect under desk

Great product. Can tip forward if you have too much weight in the front when drawer is open. Easy fix by putting them in the back.

We purchased two of these, they are used in our computer room, very nice looking and were easy to assemble.

I could not get a answer from a tech support person ,what way to put the stationary wheels in front of the file cabinet.There is about a 1\8 difference between the way it sits. I put them closer to the draw ,where there is more wt.
