Great, cozy, but a little wonky

We love our new couch! It's pretty, and very comfy, but the couch is a little weird in some spaces. The chaise part of the couch is super soft towards the back but really firm toward the front, so getting out of the couch is a nightmare if you're older or just clumsy like I am. The couch also came with an abundance of throw pillows that are huge, and kind of in the way of the rest of the couch.beyond this, it really is a lovely couch! it's very comfortable - just a bit of a committment, as i know i won't be getting up once i sit down!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not waste your time ordering from Coleman Furniture!!! They will lie to you about delivery ETA's and timeframes, and their customer service dpt is useless. I've waited nearly 5 months for this couch and I still have not been given an accurate delivery estimate - each time I'm given one it changes/delays by the next week and no one can provide a proper update. Whenever I pressed the matter and tried to get more clear/concrete information, I was given different information by each representative I spoke with. Even their management team didn't do anything to expedite, escalate, or seriously look into the cause for delay -- they basically just told me to wait for it to arrive, whenever that would be. I could understand if shipment was delayed for an extra week or two - but the amount of time I've waited for this order is unacceptable, and I highly encourage all buyers to look elsewhere to find your furniture!! At this point, even if the couch is the most amazing product on the face of the planet, the experience I've had with this company is enough to never purchase from them again. I am now hoping and praying that when the couch actually arrives, it will be worth the 5+ months of wait-time, but I'm not holding my breath. Again, purchase at your own risk!!! If you want your couch within an appropriate time frame, this is not the place for you. If I could leave less than 5 starts based on their service alone, I certainly would. Less

This couch is the tops. Super comfy and looks lovely. The team that delivered was amazing as well. Our pup loves it as well.

One side is definitely firmer then the other, Great couch but on side (short side) the cushion doesn’t seemed filled enough. But it is a plunge couch. Other then that, great couch and fits well. Delivery was prompt and easy!

Comfortable, durable and amazing for our family. We are happy to buy this Canadian brand and recommend it for anyone loooking for a new sectional or couch

Beautiful sectional! Very functional, great colour and quality.

5 stars- but

I love this sectional. Modern, plush, comfy. What it doesn't appear to be though is well made. I expected a better under cushion covering than the thin flannel pajama like white material which it has. I hope the cushions stay plush. Time will tell. I expected a finished bottom and for it not to feel like the interior 2x4's might twist or warp when we moved it into place. None the less, I love it and feel I over paid for something perfect in our game room I'm ok with that but someone else might not be.
