Very soft area rug

The rug arrived quickly. I didn't mean to order shag, but it's nice, though it shows footprints when walked on. It's very soft and our dog has decided she likes sleep on it. It had one thread loose & I cut it off. Hopefully that will not happen again.

Deep shag that's hard to vacuum.

The color of the rug was exactly as described. The quality was a little lacking and the backing a bit rough for the hardwood floors without padding beneath it. My biggest complaint is that it is nearly impossible to vacuum! I have to use a handheld vacuum in order to get deep down to the dirt/crumbs because the shag is too deep for our standard vacuum.

Soft and thick

Love this rug, it is great quality, super soft and luxurious feeling! I have purchased several and my family has even fallen in love and ordered for their home!

Very thick and plush, but hard to vacuum

I bought this rug for my mother and it is a beautiful, nice thick rug. It didn't need a pad with her furniture on it. It's very plush. A downside is that it is hard to vacuum with her Shark. Come in carpet rakes! That took care of the footprints and her OCD. Haha!

Looks a bit flat

I have had great success with other rugs, this one just looks flat and I would have hoped a shag would not have show so much traffic patterns.

Rug is perfect! Looks just like the photo and quality is great. Super soft underfoot and easy to vacuum. Would recommend a rug pad though to increase comfort.

Beautiful and super soft.

This area rug is beautiful tifil. I love the color (greyish almost teal light blue) and it is so soft, velved is a good description. My only complaint is that the 9' x 12' I ordered is actually 8'7" inches wide so it looks narrow in contracst to the 12' length. This might be fine for some spaces but didn't work in mib=ne. I hate to return it but I have to get something actually 9' or larger.

Good quality, very soft underfoot. Color definitely lighter than the photo-light gray. Is too light for my room -needed a medium gray-will have to go back

Soft and silky

Super nice rug, very soft underfoot. Ordered the Light Beige runner and I couldn't be more pleased. It doesn't look like a "shag" rug, just very plush. It took a while to ship but was worth the wait. It laid flat right away with no creases or curls and it looks like it is a good quality rug. Colour is true to what is pictured.

Worth buying!

Incredibly soft and plush! My dog won't stop sleeping on it. Definitely a very high end shag! I ordered the white shag and while it easily shows dirt, I don't wear shoes in my house so it will stand the test of time. So much fun to walk on!

Beautiful rug!

This is a beautiful rug. It's very soft, and I haven't experienced any shedding at all. So soft, the dog keeps lying on it. The color was true to the picture, a beautiful blue gray. I would highly recommend this rug!

I love it but the first week slight scent

Comfortable nice color , I use it with the under mat it's wonderful and my kids room. I recommend to live it out side 24 hours in sun light or 3 days outdoor to get rid off the strong gasoline or else scent .

I love this carpet. Although, you have to be careful because if you walk on one side too much it mats up. Sometimes it's hard to keep clean. Best as a decoration and not a high traffic area
