Bang for your buck!

I kid you not....this is made solid. Heavy duty materials, yet light enough to use a hand truck to haul. I made my money back first month and am considering purchasing a second.

It was smaller then the first one that I bought but I plan on getting the mega tropical one next time can I get a discount?

Nice Unit…but “really small”

The unit is nice and the material quality is great, but the bounce house area is “really small.” It can hold a max of 3-4 kids depending upon their age. For the price we expected the bounce house area to hold at least 5-6 kids.

Wrong Pool Color

Don’t buy this bounce house combo. I just purchased mines and it came today with a purple pool. Called customer service and they said they can’t replace it with the blue pool that’s pictured because the manufacturer sent them purple pools. I’ve spent a lot of money with pogo and this is unacceptable. I’ll never use this company again and advise anyone thinking about buying from them to reconsider. They won’t even send me a blue pool that’s in their warehouse. Now I’m stuck with a tropical bouncer and a pool that doesn’t even match the colors on the bouncer. Horrible business!

Blower Resolved Splendidly!

Pogo came through fantastically on a blower that was missing. It was unfortunate that two separate shippers from different warehouses couldn't manage to get our blower out, but a customer service rep, Tom, saved the day and kept pushing the order through and communicating with me along the way. He not only got us the blower, but gave us a nicer one than expected. Everything works perfectly and the crossover palm tree house/slide/pool combo looks colorful and durable. We will definitely be using Pogo again!
