Sorry Product

Poorly constructed product and lousy customer service. Contacted them that my dispenser stopped working within 2 months of purchase, they informed me they would send out a replacement, but NEVER did. Stay away. You won't even find this garbage in their sites product list now! Never again!

Does not work as expec5

This product does work but only releases a small amount of soap. I have to pit hand under several times to get a decent amount to wash hands.

Stay Away

Work for one week then stop. Replace the battery just blink green and red. Not a good product. No wonder it was on clearance.

No touch soap dispenser

I use this dispenser in my kitchen and it's just what I needed. I had a problem with the first one and after contacting the manufacturer, it was resolved promptly. That's a good sign of a great company with integrity. I highly recommend Polder as a reputable company to do business.with.

Avoid!

We bought four and all are having trouble dispensing after about a month. Your best bet is to read the name "No-Touch". If you don't touch it you won't buy it.

I've only had for about a month, but so far I love it!

Some people's comments that it was difficult to get it to work but you just have to make sure you have the batteries in correctly. It's been working great for me and I love not having to touch things to get soap on my hands especially when working in the kitchen.

F - Very disappointed. - Stops dispencing

Like others experienced, worked when first opened, but short lived. Don't companies test their own products before selling them. Just no excuse for such poor performance. If you don't use it constantly, it clogs up. Nice idea, poor execution. Maybe there is a way to un-clog it, but why should I have to deal with that. Just terribly disappointed. Oh well. We'll see if I can return them. Sam's club - Hold these manufacturers accountable!! Everyone that bought these should get a full refund.

Buyer Beware

Like the other buyers, I also purchased with high hopes of having a no touch soap dispenser. After a few weeks the soap dispensing became less. I thought it was the batteries so I changed them but the dispensing became worse. I tried emptying the system and only running water through to clear it up but that didn't help either. So save your money and do not purchase.

Waste of money

Complete waste of money. It only worked for a few months. It had a tendency to clog up too.

Terrible

Difficult to set up. Once you get the hang of it and start using it, the soap dries up on the end causing it to spray everywhere the next time you try and use it.
