Was skeptical that aluminum would not be good but have used it several times and totally happy with how well it works for me. I cut 6 inch parchment paper discs to use for pressing so that I don't have to oil or flour the press...works really well.

Perfect addition to my kitchen. So much better than using a rolling pin
